I'm with you. Love the game, and personally, think the OP content was very much needed, it just needed to be more widely available. This game used to be REALLY slow. A lot of people thing that faster means less tactics, but that's not the case. I used to play Unreal tournament at a very high level, speed and tactics definitely go together. They could easily accomplish the same thing by speeding up all of the bots' mobility. Something I'm fairly sure most players would gladly welcome. Each to their own. But It's still just walking around in bots that are all pretty much the same and just have different weapon and shield configurations. No thanks. Adding different abilities was a great idea. Dash, Hover (although hover definately needs some work). Soon we'll have hellburner and his booming. They all open up more tactics and mean there is a lot more to be aware of out there.

Am I the only person that loves the game? I agree that the dash bots are op, and that orkans need a nerf. But as often as I get stomped by a k-bot, I have some on my team and then it's a fair game. Also many games I don't even see a Haechi or Bulg (I'm only in Expert so maybe that's why?). So for me, the game is simply a lot of fun. I will admit I'm used to better balance because I'm a big League of Legends player, but I still absolutely love this game anyway.... Sorry to ruin everyone's day by not complaining! I use to play Unreal at high level as well, but you cannot compare War Robots to Unreal. Mobile game vs PC game, different approach and originally built for two different crowds. War Robots is more of a tactics game mainly because you can see your enemy at all times and vice versa, you can't just sneak up as you could in Unreal, among other things like weapons type, level layout, physics, etc. You need your team in War Robots to work together, covering ground, having angles, utilizing each others strengths. Unreal had little of that.

I crave enginuity and creativity... I see the "Box" is the erternal enemy. War Robots events have become COMMONPLACE and expected... Theres even a sub-category of game methodology arising–the 'Event Tanker.'
Its time for Pixonic to go back to the drawing board for the events... Make events an EVENT, once again... I'm going to call it right now: Forum members are over-rating the Specter (i.e. remember how the forum universally decried how game-breaking OP the Scourge was? Until it dropped and it wasn't) I also think the Arbalest is being under-rated. Once it drops, the complaints will begin. That's why i said "die like a Gepard". lol I agree on the sentiment toward the Arbalest. A Quad Arbalest Patton could fastly become a RDB type set-up if Pixonic allows you to get four of them.

Oh god I just realized, does anyone know wjat the prizes will be? Of they're gusts, I'm going for it, I don't care. Want a Gust stalker or two. Plus the mass amounts of silver that can be obtained by doing the events is pretty worthwhile too. But you know what would be horrifying? If they didn't inform us what prizes there will be and we're left going blind...

I don't like TDM or KOTH.
If either of those get rolled into random with Domination and Beacon Rush, I will be done with normal War Robots. I'll focus on 6 pack.

Blaze a Trail into the wild frontier of IDEAS and become a standout in their field in more ways than just on, using their skills at accumulating large quantities of wealth to fusion the expansion of something DIFFERENT. I DO wish they would take a page out of some apps' like War Wings' playbook and give us a BONUS to Ag and Au during either the whole event or even just a weekend. I know, I know... we are the EVIL players that want to actually enjoy the game that they want to suck us dry with... but just every once and a while if they would loosen up the sphincters and let us get excited to actually PLAY it would do a LOT. Giveaways and all that are nice... yay. Woo hoo. A few items for free for a lucky few, while nice, isn't making me want to play more. BUT... If we got 2 or 3 times the amount of Silver during a weekend for an event... how many of us who are normally "just get my dailies" players would be "grinding like a millstone" while it's going? I know I would be. If all of a sudden their normal player base increased by half or even 2x for a weekend... I think there would be benefits for them that didn't require squeezing us for all we are worth. FFS if they would just GIVE a little back... Ya know what... NM... pointless to even think it. That's why I am finally playing other games more than this one... and slowly getting tired of it. It's PIX.... not the game. Not the players.... PIXONIC.MAIL.RU are fulfilling every chicken little prophecy about them that I used to disdain. And now they are releasing more items that are going to be OP/SuperDuperUberPremium, and drop these over complicated supply drops and rewards... just... Yeah. Back to my cave.

Well I actually meant speed up all of the older bots by 35-45% to help speed up gameplay. It would also help mitigate the dash bots ability somewhat and still leave them with exceptional maneuverability. I don't think very many players really like lumbering around from spawns on the larger maps just to get in range. And then be destroyed in 3 seconds and have to do it again if they are running a primarily heavy hanger. And I can't count the number of times I've had to go after the farm beacon in Springfield with a Leo or Natasha while two or three light bots all go up to the lock side while a Rogatka runs for center.?

kOTH is actually a lot of fun. Don’t hate it based on test. Half the folks were more focused just on testing out the new weapons and bots. For those that were going after the beacon points, it was fun brawling.
Totally agree w the random mode thing of course...another game mode just ensures we will not see random mode disappear if it is true that the point is to keep queue time down.
The Spectre is a freakin nightmare. 4medium slots with descend. Piloted well this thing destroys anybody it goes after before it can even be targeted. If released as it was on test, you will see 3 of these things in every whale hangar.

- KoH: bad. This game mode is just stupid, but it's probably a bit better than TDM that at this point HAS to be removed. why remove? love it so far Agree. Almost always play TDM. Who wants ‘random’ mode and playing with noobs and long range who ignore beacons.

I wish they gave all light bots a speed buff as well. you never see them anymore. and if the dash bots were nerfed so they had a carnage-like speed, semi slow without dash and quicker with it, it might help.

Wait a second! Where the heck is hellburner! Probably Pixonic mistakenly pressed the ( Moderated) Detonate button somewhere along its development path Suicide bomber bot. Light that explodes when killed, dealing massive AoE damage. Was teased in the Summer roadmap, not much heard of it since.

Suicide bomber bot. Light that explodes when killed, dealing massive AoE damage. Was teased in the Summer roadmap, not much heard of it since. It had a major rework two test servers ago. Actually made it a well balanced bot I would like to use. Welcome back. You mean a silly bot almost no one is going to use, don't you? Let's take a look at its main features: - terrible design (I'm serious, it's one of the worst looking things ever implemented in this game, along with the Strider) - stupid ability. I say "stupid" because it has no sense: WHAT does explode, exactly? Why is this thing capable of exploding "just a little bit"? It was much better when the ability caused the complete destruction of the bot. At least it was plausible. Moreover: do Ancile shields absorb the damage? I think that the answer is NO, but I don't get why: they can protect you agains rockets, bullets etc, so how can an explosion completely bypass them? I hope I am wrong and that energy shields will be able to protect us against these kamikaze. Anyway, the idea behind this bot could be interesting, but it has been implemented in the worst way possible, in my opinion.

I agree in general, but we have seen things go live that were fairly different than they were on test before, so we will have to see. I imagine that the AOE explosion may be useful in KOTH matches where you may find a group of bots in a tight cluster, but that is pretty situational to waste a hangar spot. Hmmm... now that I think of it ST will probably be devastating during KOTH matches. It wasnt available on test when KOTH was running.

ISIS bot is disrespectful to people who have actually been affected by suicide bombers and terrorists. Insensitive, impolitic, and just crude. Just what you would expect from PIXONIC as they shift the game from the realm of possibility to one where weapons act like sorcerers staffs(Sh*ttrain) and pilots survive suicide bombings.

After some H3N2 Flu-inspired, bed-ridden thinking, Im suspecting that the Hellburner wont make a verily popular debut in the next update (e.g. Hover) due to the weapon hardpoint and ability not immediately being seen as a big damage-maker.
If a full hangar of something cant help a pilot and his clan to attain a top rank in clan standings or leagues, then its "useless" to "them."
Things are getting to the point if it cant hold multiple Orkans or Shocktrains, then its not viable. Well, if you play to conquer that is...

You do realize suicide bombers has been used from at least WWII (Kamikaze). So many games have a suicide character/ability, this isn't something new.
