I thought I had decent odds of winning against you then Jeb showed up and completely changed up the calculus. I had to play a very defensive game at that point. I kept trying to isolate him from you. I figured he’d take me out (higher damage output) while I sparred with you (tank type). Yeah, cracking your Skyros was driving me crazy. All those Orion strikes while you were out at the farm? Those were coming from me. Fun! I really try to stack up Armadillo buffs a few times (the more the better!) before engaging. That+NA+RA+pilot skills makes the Skyros tanky. And mine is only 2/7. |

I need to think about where I'm using my Armadillo more. I currently use it on my first drop beacon runner. I find it’s good for anything that either quickly or opportunistically gets kills, gets beacons, or both. I’ve successfully used it with Mender, Loki, Skyros, Ghost Lance, and Fenrir. They all particularly do well as first drops or any time when things get chaotic and you can take advantage of instability or Reds being overly biased to one area of the map. I use my mechs (particularly Skyros and Loki) to force Reds to break apart focused attacks in that manner; inevitably 1-2 break loose to try to deal with me. I’d like a second Armadillo for a second beacon runner, but that’s how I handle things for now. |

Ran up against Jeb this morning. Things went okay until I got run over by an Indra bubble machine, though.  At least I got the only kill I really wanted. I had to chase from E beacon, across half the pipe, under B on the lower ledge, and halfway across the C beacon bridge to catch up but at least I got it. 😈  |
