Other than the obvious answer of finding a game by devs who know what they are doing of course.
If you can't guess I'm on wins and blue isn't cooperating.

Squad with good players you know. I'm done with the event, and I'd offer to squad to help you out, but I'm still fairly new on android so i don't have a strong hangar.
I think I've seen you in a few Discord channels, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find a few people to squad with.
Otherwise, the less popular answer is to tank down to a league that you can single handedly have more of an effect on the outcome. Many people that don't want to purely tank will use the beacon tasks as an opportunity to effectively tank while artificially keeping their ethical ego in tact.
