Personally.. I have no issue with it yet.. I am a wait and see person..
They made some serious blunders in 2017.. If they grow from there and they make adjustments.. I am good..
There are so many more games out there that will take your money and run.. Since July I have only spent the 9.99 per month on the premium.. Yet I still got a Bulg through free spins, I am very close to getting a Haechi and a Inquisitor (I believe)..
Shocktrain has been nerfed quite a bit.. not so much OP as it was..
Is all I am saying, is its easy to trash them, it is harder to see if they are learning what it truly takes in the future to be successful and customer friendly .. I mean, you are never going to make everyone happy.. It seems that they are trying..
So I will wait and see how 2018 unfolds..
In the meantime I am still enjoying the game.. so I will continue to play

There's a difference between listening to a comment and hearing an approaching avalanche. Pixo should not confuse the two. The difference between this comic and pixonic (hey it rhymes) is that dogs don’t take your money whereas pixonic... I love dogs so much

Maybe Pixonic is trying to redeem themselves and try to earn back the trust they broke to the community?
I'm willing to forgive Pixonic if they do, I felt hope when they announced the supply drops, I could finally see my chance to own the new stuff without spending an absurd amount of RM just by playing the game.
They may not be able to fix their game, but if they can give back to their loyal players then that is a big difference to me. They could've been stingy to keep the dash bots and new content locked behind the paywall, instead, they introduced supply drops which help people like me who can't afford a $300 bot.

I think we already know the results of the second statement.
And I also think that now what they are doing is make a robot that is very very OP like exorcist or whatever the crap name is and than when people cry over it nerf it a little bit. This way they can release very OP things.
So basically they are trying to fool us. Like first increase the price of a product by 25% and than give 5% discount on it.
And if they have actually learned than why in the hell they are releasing a bot with 4 medium points with stealth ability. No matter how fragile he is he can just wreck havoc with 4 shktrains ?
The only way to counter it is by using shktrains.

Pixo, How about you not: Fix the problems no one is complaining about only to make it worse. Try to hoodwink/rip off you customers. Beat them over the head to spend. Try not to obfuscate or misrepresent value, especially in transactions involving money. This may be just me but those things tend to be misconstrued as hostile intent and serve as a barrier to communication, ya know. Because at some point, doing this repeatedly might send the wrong message to the people you depend on to exist as a company. Also everybody and their mother told you the shocktrain, mk2 was caca. Did you hear that? Perhaps we players could organize a choir and orchestra and Opera the mother packer so that you get it. Would that help? Would you prefer the medium of dance? Jazz? Interpretative? Slamdancing? Do tell us... I myself prefer miming. I have a few crystal clear gestures to express my frustration that get past any language barrier. (Pant..pant) (Reaches for a prozac)

Cant be bothered to dig out the exact quote but it was on their facebook page sometime in the fall of 2017 leading up to the Halloween event. Along the lines of: this event will be something completely different from previous events. And then you see the exact same brain melting tasks as always and almost the exact same prizes with only a few bots and two scourges substituted in...

Yeh actually my heart want to say yes pixo will change but my mind say no don't get food another time. And this time I cast risk listening to my heart as I have already wasted my money on another money grab game company once. So I don't want make the same mistake again.

It's constructive criticism, as we often address the exact things that are done poorly, and we analyse the situation and share tips for making those things better. There are people in Pixonic who get paid for what we do for nothing. Hate is for tanks and whales.

Every time I see a thread with valid points and concerns with constructive criticisms, a good mix of player feelings, and even a little vitriol I send Pixonic's Support a link directly to that thread asking them to pass it on to the developers. Whether they do so or not? Well who knows? But there have been some really good threads to use as prime examples of how the players are taking the changes or lack thereof.
Some of you have read my posts and know that I can get pretty heated with my own vitriol. I hate dancing around with words. I'm pretty sure I've not only burnt any bridges between me and "Alison", but also a couple of other Support personnel, I've napalmed and nuked them to ashes. I can tell when someone is flat out lying to me about some things and the claims and responses made by some Support members are often canned from above.
Those canned responses are the ones that often get under my skin the most. That shows that they know about the problem but are purposely deflecting any questions away from it. And we all know the biggest problem in the game is the mm. The most frustrating response to any query about it is, "it's complicated". But I know damn well it ain't. I've had just a little experience coding and running basic programs, enough to know when someone is blowing smoke up my 「bum-bum」 in this instance. Implementing a decent hanger based formula isn't "complicated" at all. It's a matter of just doing it. And being brushed off and talked down to by some Support lackey as though I have no clue really rankles.

Because people with that level of talent (language mostly) get to pick where they live. Because timezones suck. Because doing what their PR/Marketing folks do would be excessively hard inside Russia. There are more reasons to have operations in central Europe than there are say to have them in Moscow or even NYC given the chance.
