With so many events, everyone is just working towards their goals so much that it detracts from the overall gameplay. It seems like one event has just ended and it is time for people to start tanking for the next one. I like the access to free gear and I sort of like having objectives. The regularity of events and the similarity of tasks throughout them has become mundane. I think Pixonic needs to spice the events up a bit.

The regularity of events and the similarity of tasks throughout them has become mundane. I think Pixonic needs to spice the events up a bit. I think that they should add weapons of more worth. Orkan is nice, but it takes so much grinding that most people never get there. Aphid is meh, as when you get it it's really not much use cause everyone's running fast bots and aphids can't hit them. If they added a zeus to the event replacing the trident (which is useless in the current meta), then everyone would be a lot happier, because IMHO a zeus is worth more any weapon in the events to date. They should also give us different bots. Like how many natashas and leos do we need? Carnage is fine, but maybe they could have given us the Cobra skin instead, or replaced it completely with a rhino. For the 2nd event, the stalker is fine, because not too many people have them and it's a useful bot, but raijin isn't good. For a plethora of reasons, the raijin hurts you/your team more than it hurts the reds. Personally, I'm fine with events being so close together because it is actual motivation to play, and you get some nice toys. PS, I can only make it up to ancile so even though I can't get to carnage or orkan, the people who can probably agree with me  |

Hey, @kayane, how goes the battle? Will you be able to get the Ancile before the event ends? You thought you might make it to Carnage. I'm on my first Carnage task, and will finish tonight. I doubt I'll get through the three win tasks though.

I'm already pretty "close" to a Roachi using components. Maybe another month or so, so I'm just gonna slow grind it to a bot I'd rather have more. If the bundles fall in the right place, I should be getting a Scourge and Shocktrain finished at the same time, so it'll be a bumper crop for me.
I do need more Orkans, so I might grind for it if I feel like it. Better than spending 1200 Au for it, since I need my AU for MKII conversions soon.
Hover and Storm are pretty easy to get through the deals, but that means switching up collecting my current bots/weapons. So it would be nice to get, but not a big loss. If you look around, what happened to all the Scourges won from the Halloween event? I don't see too many out there.
Probably gonna build Orkan Roachi. Then some Frankenstein build, maybe Lancelot Zeus, Shocktrain, Scourge. Or Griffin 2xGekko Shocktrain Scourge.

I seriously doubt I'll be able to get the carnage. Might be able to get to 3/5 carnage, max. Right now, it's looking like I'll finish the ancile task at around 5:30 PM on Thursday, but if I get lucky with beacons I might be able to finish tomorrow. I wish they had this event run for the whole month, or at least extend the 1st event by a couple days, since the 1st chain has better prizes. Thanks for asking. |

That's the only way I could hope to get 39 wins and 60 kills by Friday. |

I think the frequency of events is more about providing pilots with further collection options. Eg, you want the bulgi? well play a lot and earn it. So it changed a bit from a special occasion to a collection mechanism and incentive to remain active. very active.

It just really affects the level of play and most of the initial prizes are not relevant for veteran players. I understand that on the surface, the win tasks encourage team play, but if others are only playing for kills or skipping out after two beacons it messes up the team part. I think they need to reevaluate the events and the way they are structured to maintain gameplay. |

Anon O. Mous What league are you in? My clan doesn't have anyone higher than expert 2 i believe, but we have a couple really active players who are in d1/expert 3/2. I was asking because it says you don't have a clan, so if you wanted to get past win tasks then you can join my clan and have some spicy wins Contact dangit and he will tell you more. |

Like he said, it's to encourage people to play, however, due to the tasks, people play for the task rather than teamwork. Overall, it worsens the game play. Beacon task, guys grab one or two then ditch. Kill tasks, sacrifice their bots to get another kill. Wins, extreme levels of tanking. All Pix needs to do is reformat the tasks or at least the quantity of them. This time around I gave up after the griffin and the awful teamwork / game play at current. |

I'm at Android Expert III. Came up from Diamond I last week. I've seen Dangit around the Forum. Sorry to say that I'm socially challenged, and have never felt comfortable about joining a clan. Oh, I've considered it a number of times, and receive clan invites from time to time. It's just that I have very weird playing hours, and I can't Discord because I quite often play in a room that has other family members, or at work on breaks with coworkers around. I appreciate the consideration though, and may find myself looking Dangit up someday. |

I can't wait to grind to 500m silver next event. My Bulga is heading to lvl 9, only let him have my tulus and 1 optrain chill in the back, so far I feel Bulg is not a good range bot, he should def go tarans and fully use the shield and corner shoot, exchange fire with RDB is the worst.
I'm tanking between gold1 and diamond 1 with a lvl9 bot lvl12 weapon hanger, pretty good league position to finish event.
Will MK2 my tarans first. They are the best investment, I wish I could have 3 bots with Taran build, just keep it at 300 to 350m, no one will live under those pure energy.

I knida agree but with only two modes to play and both being PvP, there really is no other way. I would suggest Pixonic put in a story line quest that can be re played over and over giving you a chance to complete Event tasks. This would help PvP to be actual PvP. |
