I been playing since last Sep, I have 5 slots and already got another 5k gold, thinking about buying lance or Zeus or Rog or maybe keep the gold and grind for one dash bot. (i am in gold1 now) Resources: 5.3k gold 330m silver 21k WSP See my bots/weapons lvl in the pics below. My options: 1. Why Lance? Seems to be strong bot and I already got extra ancil and taran and I can easily but another taran. 2. Why Zeus? I dont have long/mid range energy weapons so I can buy two Zeus for 3k gold and put them on Carnage/Nattasha/Rajin 3. Why Rog? Assuming I get two orkan from current event. Also i think I would love the rog movement and speed. Giving me the ability to surprise and flank enimes (well its best thing before dash..) 4. Grind for a dash Bulg/Haieshi.., i think in 6months I can reach 20k gold and 60k WSP. (no idea how much needed to buy them) 5. If needed I can get Doc from facebook points until I can afford dash, or even mk2 a golem/nat/Boa.. What I like: I like Boa movement, Griffin dmg and jump. Rinho assualt seems effictive against plasma and Carnage ambush. What I dont like Long range like Trebs seems boring. I am not that fund with aphids, tried Patton, Jessy and Ancil-aphid-Leo Hydra also not for me. I am looking for a bots/weapons that strengthen my hanger and give me more options facing dash and long range campers and dash bots and mk2. I am open to any ideas or advice, Thank you! 1. My main hanger (plz Assume I will get another two orkans from the chrustmas events but no shock/storm)  2. Secondary hanger (I have more bots like patton lvl6 and many other Natt, Griff, Leos..)  |

I personally would get 2 zeuses for your carnage. To me, the ancilot is just too much of a brainless point and shoot build. The lance is too slow, and even though the shields provide frontal protection, it's extremely vulnerable from the back and top because the meta is shifting towards plasma ever since the release of the Haechi. I would get 2 zeuses and put them on your carnage. Carnage tends to be on the frailer side, so pairing it with zeuses is a great option. You deliver a strong blow, very low reload time, and you have high mobility. The zarnage build will last you all the way to champion league, and in the rare case you run across a trident build (trident fury, trident pin natasha), the built in shield will protect you from most if not all the damage from them. You can also provide support to teammates very easily and you can aid in breaking a lances shield. A rog is a good bot, but IMO rhino is better as it can hold a beacon much better. Even with tarans, the rog isn't the kind of bot to hold an important beacon as it is squishy, and the jump is its only defense mechanism. The rhino is better as it has the 2 light slots and it has a shield so it can protect itself from plasma. If you have nothing else to spend your WSP on, go for components. It's always a great way to burn excess WSP, and it gets you closer to getting a douche dash bot. I would also get a doc, regardless of whether you need it or not. As Manni Gaming demonstrates, a punisher/orkan doc is very effective, even if you don't have max mk2 weapons. It also provides 4 slots which you can fill with hydras for a spot of trolling  . |

The best bots to me currently are Heachi and Inquisitor, Bulgasari not far behind, Lancelot with Ember isn’t bad either. But how long can they hold? with the speed of new bots coming, I think some coming bot will dominate soon.
With the resources you having, your Dash bot may not be so good when by the time you collected 10000 components. I would buy a Lancelot first, even it isn’t the best in War Robots, but it is still the best Au/WSP/Ag bot atm. If you need a beacon runner, go Rogatka (still slower than Kuminho or Hover, but that the best Au/WSP/Ag beacon runner). If you want a decent mid range, Zeus Carnage isn’t bad. It is up to your preference.

I have 1 Zeus and 1 Trident on my Carnage I won from the event the weapons are level 6 and the carnie level 1. Obviously the bot needs some levelling up it's dreadfully slow and fairly fragile BUT if you stay away from plasma it's a very handy mid range bot. The trident is not loud like a Molot and I think people don't realise the damage it's doing until too late. I know it's happened to me plenty of times. The Zeus of course bypasses energy shields and has taken plenty of low health bots down. Obviously this is not a permanent load-out but I only have 1 of each weapon.

Even though there might not be that many now, with the increase of ancile shields as your league rises, it's best to switch to zeus carnage. So right now double trident is good because it doesn't seem like you are having much trouble with anciles. Don't level them past L7 though, because they will be useless if you level them more and you don't use them. And yes, if you stay away from plasma you will have much more survivability, and keeping to your maximum range helps a lot. If you go <500 m then you risk getting hit by rdb's and tridents which will eat away at your shield like fries at lunch. |

I'd load up on orkans and tarans Indeed this is the best advice... bots come and go, but orkans are forever. Outside of that, lancelot STILL shines. For 5000 gold you get s tank that can take the beating of a lifetime. It’s not as Tanky a raijin but it’s very mobile . It resists almost everything it deals with haechi reasonably well. Finally It can mount the almighty ember and it slug it out on open field . For 5000 au, it’s a steal. |

You have an RDB Griffin, keep it or remove and replace with Zarnage (Zeus/Carnage)
Lance is still good, Ancile makes it less situational and more Practical. (Depends if you play BR or DOM, not so much on DOM) can take the place of the Carnage or Griffin.
If you keep the Griffin, change it out to Orkan/Aphid, so you only need Orkans.
I like and use the Rhino, it's a good runner and once you get there you can do some dmg. He will be your out of the gate becaon capper. Jesse can be retired.
This is a hard hitting setup and might not be right for you.

I would get a Lance, I love mine. My favorite bot was the Thunder Carnage but with all the plasma out there it just gets shot to pieces too quickly so its collecting dust. I have one Zeus I am leveling up and more than half way to second, cant wait to mount them on the Carnage for a decent mid range bot.

DB Griffin
Hellfire Rhino
PDB Rhino
Pun Griffin (not leveled up) will trade this for Zarnage
As has been suggested to me I try to keep 2 rocket bots, two plasma and a mid range bot. I hold the Tarancilot until a stage in the game where we need a push to kill some reds or take some beacons as that's the bot available to me that can push a flank and really turn a game, a Zarnage cant really do that... I would much rather have a Tarancilot in the hanger than a Zarnage.

You need more Orkans and Tarans. And you need them levelled ..
Lance would be a decent addition to your hangar for sure. Don't buy Zeus or Rog. These are great but comparably easy to get through chests and events, just be a bit patient.
My advice regarding Dash / components: Convert a small amount of Au -> WSP each day, up to the 250 WSP for 45 Au or so. Then buy WSP deals on components, focusing on a small set of gear (like Haechi and Tempest). Pick up the occasional component for Au offer if it has a good amount of what you really want (like Haechi). This should get you to your first Dash bot in about 3 months.
I know you said you are F2P, but the deals with 600 Au for $0.99 are certainly worth getting IMO. And keep spinning those free Bronze chests for ads.

I am kind of person that tests almost all robots/weapons to lvl6 and test them in gold league first. Due to the current event I did not lvlup my Rajin and test it. Nor i tested trident.
I also think that using the same or similar bot is boring and would like to avoide using same bit got a long periods.
Regarding adding more Taran and Orkans, even if i buy them I do not undrstand on which bot i should put them?
I can easily get my 4th taran and plz assume that I will get 2 extra orkans from the Christmas event.
I have also swapped my weapons over my bots.
Griffin testdd: PDB, DB, RDB and now testing Aphid Taran and will test Aphid Orkan
I find PDB best for me, the magnums help whenever I get lag.
+My RDB is the best for kill tasks, it almost dont die when i get good game and makes 5 of my 8 kills. It feels like what we call in soccer sweeper or Libro just finish/ any lose or enjired bots.
Rinho: tested the same and now testing magnun orkan, (did noy test punishers or Tulu on Rinho). i liked DB rinho.. just charge during end or mid game, flank for beacons or charge against plasma enemy.. even Tarancilot starts running away when he sees me hidding towards him.. i go inside his shield and blow him ?
Thunder carnage, I like it but as said by others it dies easily.. but i like the ambush games in close map, its fun!
The Aphid jessy, helps with kills and beacon taks and its fun bot, before i used Boa which is a fun and agile bot. But both seems weak in gold1/diamond.
I was thinking to replace the Jessy/Boa, with Fujin Taran/Orkan/Punishers, I have Played before with Tulu Fujin and Taran Fujin and it seems fine in some sitiuations until a PDB jumps over you.. or a Treb hit u.
So i i need to get more Tara/Orkan and upgrade them first. So how many in Totla? 6 Taran and 6 Orkans? And which bots i should use them until I get a dash?
I can use PDB and DB griff and PDB and DB Rinho but that might be boring?
