I'm curious to know how an Inquisitor armed with an Ancile would behave while under stealth mode. Is the Ancile still working (for teammates, for an example). Can we shoot at it ? Does it reload ? Curious to know the mechanic of the game here as the stealth/ancile combo didn't exist before the arrival of the Inquisitor. It may not be the most advised setup, but an Ancile/Orkan setup could still do some serious damages. Ancile still works separately even on stealth mode. You can still shoot at the Inquisitor during its stealth mode but your weapons won't have convergence, and rockets won't explode at the right range, so you don't get optimal damage. I generally prefer Ancile/Taran on my Inquisitor, so I can pass enough Orkans to my dash bots. Ancile Orkan works on the Inquisitor too, mainly the Inquisitor is set up like a Lancelot.

Glider doesn't feel very strong to me. I played a bit on TS this weekend, and I'd rather have a Rog than a Glider. Glider is too exposed up in the air, an easy target for any Zeus out there. For that, the firepower is not exceptional. While I can see the use of a Kamikaze bot, gliding doesn't seem to add anything to the game. (Except another worthless prize for the next event.) I found a way of using the Glider in the test server. Sometimes an RDB Griffin won't get through a target behind a wall due to the angle, but the Glider can, if you max its altitude and shoot your RDB on the target behind the wall. If the Glider has one more light point, like a Griffin, it would be much more of a threat, since I would have two Aphids instead of one. Better yet, should it have four light points, I would load it with four Aphids, and that's when it begins to be seriously frightening. The advantage of Glider is that he can fly up to high points on DC and SF. Then using Molots, he can be pretty deadly. I even found a perch on Moon where, standing next to a Raijin, the two of us sniped at any red unfortunate enough to poke his/her head out. I don't care for Glider's current sudden thrust upward. I preferred the early incarnation where it was if he was climbing an invisible staircase. Pigsonic plans to unveil Glider in the very near future. IMO it's nowhere near ready for release. It may never be ready. It's too slow, and the glide leaves it too vulnerable. I think they need to scrap this one, and start over.

Glider needs full time Ancile When Gliding give it 40% boost to Dmg Instant Teleport to any beacon Weapons now can go through structures -10% dmg if it does Hp buff up 40% Physical shield P.S I like the new way better, it was slow and bulky before, it needs to even be faster. Glide up do dmg, fall down quickly. If it slowly ascends/descend it's a sitting duck. Also no cooldown, if you have fuel you can rise.

One of the first six items listed might help, but any more than that would make it OP, and that's what we're trying to avoid. Make it competitive, but not OP. One thing that I liked in the original incarnation was that cool down time depended on the amount of fuel used. If you only used a few seconds of fuel, your cool down time was a fraction of the full cool down time. It wasn't 15 seconds no matter how much you used.

If you shoot rockets at Inquisitor while its in the air, they hit Ancile. If you fire at them once they hit the ground while still in stealth, you hit Ancile. This is also the case if a teammate is behind you when you land, so they are protected by the Ancile. However, if someone fires rockets at a teammate when the Inquisitor is near and at max jump height, the rockets will go under the Ancile and hit your teammate.

A well piloted ember/taran inquisitor is a nightmare. When I see one of them and Im in a slow bot like an ancilot, I avoid unless there are a couple teammates around.

yes sounds like although they can be a great bot they simply over priced and not worth the trouble plus not many was won i suspect or they be keep'd in hanger due to lack of experience in driving them. He basically is a Griffin in disguise .

I was actually surprised to see that I had a notification, considering it's been since the event finished that I didn't touch War Robots. And that I didn't come here as well.
But your message was interesting, I was curious about that.
