Dear Forumites, As first commented by acdcfan , Pix has responded to a question on FB about the dashbots release. They answered the question posted on their Scourge release, simply answering 'same conveyor belt'. Whatever that means... In any case, it certainly implies that the Korean bots may well be released together with the Scourge. Just for those who, like me, have been waiting for what seems like an eternity now... My reading is that it certainly implies that they won't be released at the same time. A conveyor belt delivers things one after another. What I think it does imply is that they will definitely be released, only after the scourge.

My guess here is that next Monday Dashes and Scourge hit the Android with the next update.
Most probably with a bit tweaked UI

I guess the technical roadblock was the dash charges (for enabling successive dashes) in the special ability button. now the new UI can (is supposed to) handle it, Pix can release Korean bots any time.
they will just try to figure out when and how to debut them for max impact. I wouldn't be surprised if they keep their words - rekeasing them by the end of August,

I know you can buy Halloween candy now but they seem to actually hit the holidays spot on for these events. I suspect you're right about them both being released during events, though (for max profit). I was thinking maybe there's some Korean holiday in the next week or two that they'll use. Tons of international players but they did U.S. 4th of July event. Some Korean holiday I've never heard of? Mind wouldn't be blown. |

It is 8/24, not the end of August yet. Pix extended BR, with possibility it might not end Wohoo!!! When the latest count down to BR ends, that would be perfect segue to release the Dash bots & Scourge!

"Chuseok" itself is 04 October and is one of their most cherished holidays. 03 October is also national foundation day. 8th Month 15th day by Lunar calender (October 4th this year), when a full moon coincides the timing of harvest, is celebrated in China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and other Asian counntries under different names and traditions. hence it is a good time to do something targeting Asian customers. for Korea, Pix missed August 15th, the date when Korea (and some other countries) was liberated from Japanse occupation during the WW2. but this holiday is quite politicaly charged (e.g. for Japan, this may not be a good day to celebrate). I cannot really think of any holiday on September in South Korea. North Korea celebrates September 9th as the foundation day of its regime, but not sure if there is any NKorean pilot out there |
