Jeez event ended about only 24hrs ago, Pixo's on winter break until January 8th or 9th

Hopefully it won't be for at least 2 weeks. I won't have 4 weapons to at least level 11 until then - 3 weeks if I need them at level 12.

Pull back the reins.. The Christmas event, barely just ended. They'll probably be released within the next update. The bots need buffs anyway, so no one is using them. Why be in a hurry to buy a bad bot?
"One of those event-only bots"? Which bots in the past have been event only, and never available otherwise? None. So I'm not sure where that comment is coming from. Be patient.

My GF played against a Jesse today but she's a low bronze noob still so at least I know they're out there now. I'm going to chalk it up to them being released to early and still have too many downsides to be competitive for more seasoned players to actually use effectively. As far as events are concerned, I'm 50/50 on if I even want to play another. It seems to bring out the worst in people and makes playing more of a chore than a game. Between the clubbers coming out in swarms and cheaters with their scripts made me want to rage.

Why we see very few quck draws? Well, i got the light Jesse and in short order put it in storage. Too fragile. It needs some buffing.

I did not use it long enough to be able to tell you. I think in the battles i ran it, i got to switch once or twice before the bot was dead.

Thing about Australia is that we aren't a patriotic lot in the same way as most of the rest of the world. The anthem isn't really sung much and most of the people at events just mumble along as best they can. |

Why be in a hurry to buy a bad bot? To have a new toy. I plan to get a Rogatka even though it's generally panned just to see for myself. Eventually I plan to get at least 1 of everything. Got 3750 gold burning a hole in my pocket hoping the Wild West light will be 1250 and the medium 2500, and available soon. |

Got two Jesses from the event. I was not impressed. At all. The cooldown is so freakishly long... Matches nothing in the light weapons, and the only good light weapons require the bot to be in close range where its distinct lack of any favorable stat work against it the most. Was so sad. I would have rather gotten noricoms. At least I could have sold them without guilt... I held on to these in hopes for a buff... but I am not at all expecting anything good.
Result?
Shelved.
I did see a Treb Butch in one game... it was on DC though, so I don't know why they bothered. Haven't seen a Doc or someone else in a Jesse though.

I got a Doc in the event, but like others I shelved it as it's arms kept dropping off which made the whole quick draw thing redundant. What's the point in a special ability that can be removed when you're still on half HP? With your gold I'd get a Rogatka or a Galahad. Even without the overdue buffs to the Rog it is still fun to play and the Galahad is just amazing! I'm saving up for a Lancelot now! I don't know much about the tiers but I reckon I'm in High Bronze to Low Silver (just for reference). |

Wondering if the wild west bots go up for sale with the release of the new MM next week....seems like they would implement the changes (buffs, nerfs, MM, and west bots) all at once instead of dribbling them out over a couple of months.

IDK, I'm on the fence about that Dethhilt. I have 3 leveled and very used Galahads, and 1 Rog I have just now began to play around with. Galahads are surely better, but playing 3 of anything can get boring. BUT, if I am squadding, I would run all of them if I didn't have other useful bots, since I do, I tend to stop at 2... I seem to really like bots that have Thunder equipped, and I like having options...
My current hanger is a little different than normal, because i am running two mid-ranged bots, trying to decide which setup I like better... Trident Carny or Tulu Fujin. If normal, and playing only 1 mid-range, I am more likely to have a Gareth, a Rhino, a Griff, or, more recently, a Rog in there with the other 2 Galahads, the mid-range, and the Thunder bot (either Lance, or Boa if I am feeling froggy). Just depends on the day.
Again, the viability of the Galahad as compared to the Rog is not in question, just the fun of the hanger. I did run 3 for a while and will again if I think it is needed, btw, so I am not just spouting off at the mouth to be contrary, just pointing out the very real possibility of getting bored playing the same thing 3 times in a row during a match :-)
Like I said... on the fence.
