I came in touch with mijapi300 via Discord and we had a little discussion.
It has been brought to my attention that the moderation team acted based off of an assumption, not from facts, and several members of the forum haven taken this as an opportunity to degrade Mijapi in certain threads.
The "conclusive evidence" that was presented as reason for the ban was this: Mijapi sent a PM to Golden Sabre stating he thought there had been fake accounts created to cast votes prior to any mods publicly announcing that voter fraud happened. Since there was apparently no way for this user to know about the fake accounts prior to the announcement, the only explanation left is that he was the one creating them. Because of that he's been banned.
That is the extent of the evidence, and no further looking into was done. If you go to the members page, and sort by registration date, you can see all of the accounts that had been recently created. The Mijapi stated was watching that page, as well as the voting thread, and noticed that the vote count went up each time a new account was created. There's almost a full page of new accounts created during that voting thread, all within minutes of each other.
To add to that, the box at the bottom of the forum's main page shows all the users online which he was using to send PMs.

Furthermore, I wonder why would Mijapi spent so much time sending out individual PMs to other users asking for votes, if he was simply going to create fake accounts to vote for himself. He told me that Stayed was asking for proof that he sent PMs to you guys so if you received a PM from him asking for your vote, please screenshot it and send it to Strayed . They are requesting this as proof that he spent his time sending out PMs, not creating fake accounts.
The moderation team acted in haste based off of a false assumption and no actual evidence, and the wrongdoing needs to be corrected.
