As many of you likely know by now, there was a case of voter fraud during the influence contest, 30 or so sockpuppet accounts. We, the mod and admin team, have now banned the person who was behind it.
We have acquired enough evidence to be convinced of his wrongdoing.

I am confident that in the fullness of time, the rampant paranoia and hostility that you're predicting will engulf this forum in flames in the next 1-4 weeks will die down. Once it does, those of us that remain will rise from the ashes. We will reclaim our accounts. We will rebuild our foundations. We will again produce positive guidance and amiable discussion for those seeking refuge here. We will- eventually- restore ourselves to our former glory before Mr Influence rent the board asunder. I ask for everyone's indulgence in this period. |

Doesn't matter who it was or who they were frauding for. Hopefully their actions didn't cause a different outcome than there otherwise would have been. It sure as hell doesn't have to cause any further unrest. Done. Over. Let's just ove on to the next crisis.

Let me be clear everyone: there is NO way on God's green earth that Tricky, or ANY MEMBER OF THE WIKI CLAN had anything to do with any vote fraud and/or sockpuppeting. I stake not just my reputation as a gamer on this, but my reputation as a proud member of Wiki and as a person of conscience, period. Take it to the bank. The idea that some people around here MAY have that Tricky would have staged something like this sickens me to my VERY FIRETRUCKING CORE. And I WILL NOT tolerate the Wiki's good name being muddied because of...that guy. (Please note: not directed at you personally.
