Mayo is surprisingly popular in Japan. Russia too, apparently.

BBQ sauce. More restaurants should offer it on the side.

Japanese mayo has a different flavour from the regular, but is excellent as well.
Try this one, 1-2 tablespoons of curry powder with mayo. Some others swear by wasabi mayo as well.
Can my fave condiment be crispy bacon???
You guys should try this: Thai or Chinese style fried rice drizzled (or drenched) with roast beef/chicken gravy with bacon chips sprinkled on top.

Fry Sauce, baby! Great on fries, onion rings, and burgers. Also known as Pink Sauce or Fancy Sauce, it's typically two parts mayo to one part ketchup. Some people add a little garlic powder or pickle juice to add a bit of tang. I also like it with a touch of BBQ sauce added for a smokier flavor. If you try it, you'll never dip fries in straight ketchup again.

I don't exactly know how to vote. You see, I'm... and some people consider it a condiment, others a food or part of food ingredient, while I consider it to be air. If, for the sake of argument, people feel closer to the way I do, then for a condiment, I would choose Mustard. Oh, Wife is Dutch, MAYONNAISE ALL THE THINGS!!!!11!11!eleventeen!!!1

Double you tee eff guise. How can you make a thread like this without mentioning the bestest of them all??? SALT! I'm telling you, without salt, fast food is nothing. It's bland, tasteless, oily, mushy, chemic-ally... you need the salt to make it palatable, to give it taste. to active the artificial flavours. Without salt, all you're eating are steroided chickens pumped full of water and bread crumbs. With salt, you got something finger lickin good. With salt, your fries don't taste like reconstituted starch powder with added flavouring, they taste like they have some connection to mother nature. It's all... ALL about Salt. and eff off with your Siracha. Seriously. Hipster rubbish!
