List of beacons that you don't have to be next to to cap: CAN C - under the bridge
DC B - beside the hill D - beside the hill
PP B - on or behind the adjacent buildings
SZH E - inside the underpass
SPR B - on or behind the adjacent cover C - under the wall
YAM A - under the cracked road B - under the bridge

And if it were me, I'd actually keep the Gepard shelved in favor of the Cossack, as the Gep seems way too OP in Bronze to be fun or to learn anything (but yeah, it is the best bot in the tier). If you really want to bring it out, do it in High Silver, where it will still have quite a bit of effectiveness but not unbalance things so much. *flies in* IIIII AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

If it uses upgrade time to reconfigure that you could use for your gold hangar, it's probably not worth it.

Well he didn't fall on his sword... but on a beacon. And only when the Griffin's Bride removes the beacon, may he rest in peace.

You're asking for flames, I'd avoid telling Salt how to Cossack. but I do agree with you on the hydra point, I'm not considering it at all until after I max my bots. and excuse you my single Cossack high score is 489 058 in high silver, Scorpio Snow can confirm Higher than silver? Yeah. Useful? Yeah. Heh, sry, didn't mean to offend
Anyway, I've played a lot of games with the Cossack as well, and I certainly agree that it is a fun bot (I recently had a run in low silver with a 4/12 taran cossack - corner shooting magGeps who think you're no threat is a blast).
That said, I remain confident that above low silver there are cost-effective alternatives that perform better from a "maximize damage+wins" perspective. And I'm pretty sure that you could double that damage score in the same tier with other bots.
wrong. Cossacks are consistent and powerful. 355k is a decent average in high silver, especially for someone who uses a 4x 6/8 Cossack hangar.

The correct answer to the question "What should I put on my Cossack?" is, in all cases, a Taran. You may wish for an Ork when you face a Rhino, but you shouldn't 1:1 a heavy in a Cossack and you wouldn't win it with a single Ork anyway. Single Hydra? Team red can safely ignore you for the entire match, as you'll do... what, 150-200k or so damage in 10 minutes. The role of the Cossack in lower tiers, is to 1) Grab beacons 2) Support teammates by flanking fire or 1:1 weak and/or poorly equiped reds. 3) Distract enemies 4) Run away 5) Go to (1) The Cossack doesn't have a meaningful role in tiers above low silver. 2/8 Lights, without Gareth or Stalker, does the job. Thunder Schutzes, Taran Cossacks and Mag or Aph Geps.

Trident: never had a complaint with it, if anything the current firing time is too slow Zeus: agree Taran: never encountered the damage glitch, always works perfectly for me. agree with slowing burst speed, but decrease the interval time Magnum: never encountered the damage glitch Aphids: agree Punisher: significant buff to damage Molot: significant buff to damage Hydra: +20% damage, decrease firing speed Aerials: increase splash by +10m radius (sounds drastic but not too significant when you think about it) Cannons: agree Orkans: GIVE MY SPLASH BACK 「whiskey tango foxtrot」 Piñata: agree Treb: agree
Destrier: dude no, buff HP by +30% at each level Cossack: increase jump height and speed (legit), increase health by 140k at each level (sarcasm) Gep: agree Stalker: agree, but trade off for more speed (like a lot more speed) to make it viable in top tiers Galahad: they should leave as is Golem: increase HP by +20% at each level Vityaz: increase HP by +20% at each level Nat: significant buff to HP Leo: significant buff to speed. I mean it is a lion after all. Lance: leave as is Fury: nerf speed by -10% Jesse: significantly shorten QD cooldown Doc: increase HP by 20% Butch: increase HP by 20%, shorten QD cooldown

Long range support (LRS) is good on paper, but experimentally... eh...
Mid range support (MRS) on the other hand, deals some h*ckin intense damage, crippling enemy lines and doing everything snipers wish they could do. Support setups you should try: Rocket (Tr/Tulu/Pin) Golem Aerial (Zeus/Spydra) Golem Pin Patton RDB setups (even though they're pretty much knives) Archer Patton Hail Hydra Fujin

Update: I'm still seeing heavies in all of my matches for a full day, even with 4x shutze 2/6. I truly think the matchmaking just has it out for me. No, that's normal. L 2/6 is very close to H 6/1.

My hangar consist of Maggep 4/6, Golem 3/5 (ETC/Tulumbas/CRV) and Vityaz 3/5 (ECC/Pinatas) and faced Leo 6/4.5, Natasha 6/4.75, Griffin 6/3.75, Griffin 6/3.5 Natasha 6/5, Leo 6/5, Boa 3/5 My highest hangar score is 405, my enemy's is 605. Is it fair? Yeah, that makes sense. The rubber band stretches up to 200 in the worst hours, so +/- 100 seems pretty decent.
