Hi Guys... started playing this game recently and am addicted I installed the app. on my phone and tried to sync my game progress to my tablet. Failed. And now my phone has a 'start from scratch' opening for the game. I couldn't find any links in the forum... but I did find a link on warrobots wiki and it mentions that I need to contact Pixonic. Are there any Pixonic reps in here that can help me out? Or can anyone give some advice on how to contact Pixonic for this issue? Thanks alot

Contact them from within game. Go to the menu.

Yup, if you have your game ID they can most likely recover your account to your Game Center, or whatever android users have lol.

Depends on the state of things?
If you still got a device with the original progress, you might try to sync that device to Google/Apple (if that is applicable) and then sync that back to the other device. If you do not have the original progress available anymore anywhere, you can only contact Pix and ask them for help.

Logout from Game Center and login again and open game..might work out coz it happened with me like twice and this solved my prob somehow..if still can’t acess then contact pix

I had similar trouble a while back. Turned out I had 3 G play accounts. Not sure when that happened, but I'm a tech 'tard, so it's anyone's guess. Anyway, I had to log out of G play and log in to the correct account, then start the game and sync. Got my MOJO back.
