my luck, i will sink my hoard of plat and level up a titan ONLY to have them release a spider titan shortly after. My Ox and Nodens do me just fine, and I have an Arty as back up. I have one of every titan, I just keep them to look at. Or until Pix decides to have an all titan hangar.
Oooops, theres another idea for pix to profit from.

I got (I don't remember how) a Stellar Sirius a few weeks or so ago. I leveled it somewhat due to today's 25% Titan thing along with a few other items. It's currently level 76 with Hull, Core, and Engine all being in the vicinity of 25/50. I had it in my hanger to try out while working to catch up on a few event E tasks. Because it's underleveled and I was in low Champ (since dropped to M1) I had it equipped with three Lanterns to try to mitigate some of its shortcomings. Also, because it's underleveled (slow, weak) I had it equipped with 1 Damage Controller (which I leveled for this exercise) in the defensive slot, as well as 1 Titan Repair Amp and 1 Titan Accelerator in the Universals; the Accelerator was to try to get out of trouble faster. I need to play it more (my Minos is back in the hanger for the < 200m damage task), but I'll say that while the jury is very much still out I'm not impressed. The Accelerator helped it move about quite effectively, but it really doesn't seem to do anything especially well. It's like a jack of all trades, but somehow less so that of its contemporaries. The Heimdall is better offensively due to the built in suppression gun and 4th Beta slot. It doesn't heal as well as Nodens in what appears to be potential output, range of healing, or flexibility (Tethers >> Remote Restore). I just don't know what to think about the Remote Assault, yet; again, not enough experience with it.
I suspect that my issues are compound.
1. Mine is underleveled. 2. I have very little experience with it and am not using it effectively.
3. It's comparatively weak compared to other options. I'll still try to level mine up largely out of curiosity, but also because the Titan I'm also curious about (Indra) seems likely to get even a small nerf as that I suspect Sirius may get a small buff. Those two are too good and too bad (respectively) to leave as-is in perpetuity. Given Sirius has been given out in multiple events and as Leaderboard prizes, I wouldn't expect a prompt buff. Pix just doesn't work that way historically.
You rock the boat with your heimdall. So I would expect the Sirius to take a bit to get used to. When I watched manniâs video with the Sirius, I thought it would be OP. Never to be killed. But that is just not the case. It is too slow and weak. I like playing it, but it is underwhelming for sure. Thanks for the compliment. That's very kind of you.
I have some more thoughts about the Sirius since playing it more over the weekend. Continuing from my earlier post. My Sirius is now 117. I don't know that this matters, but Hull is 40, Core is 38, and Engine is 39 for no particular reason.
* The same caveats I mentioned above (namely being under-leveled) still hold. I still stand by my earlier stance that it's a jack of all trades, but really doesn't do anything all that well.
* The grey damage healing seems to come on the front end of dropping the remote heal pod thing, but really isn't all that noticeable. Perhaps it's because it ticks upward instead of being all at once.
* Maybe it's just me, but the green of the remote heal pod doesn't stand out against the rest of the level. It's too subtle to see whether you're inside or outside the area. As such, I've gone through a number of matches without registering any honor for healing teammates.
* Because the pod area is not super large, is immobile, and doesn't heal a ton, its not all that beneficial to Blues. It's not good enough to make Blue stay put to get healing. With the cooldown being understandably lengthy, that can be quite frustrating especially if you drop it to help a Blue, he/she ignores it, and then you get attacked and really could use the pod to help keep your squishy Sirius from dying.
* The remote assault pod seems good, but I've noticed that the effects of shooting someone's bubble (Siren, Harpy, Luchador, Minos) also hurt the Sirius similarly to what happens with the Mars remote gun. As I've seen mentioned elsewhere (Reddit for one), a good tactic is to toss the assault pod in a direction to drive Reds in a given direction.
* Sirius seems quite squishy. Even moreso than Nodens, surprisingly. Again, could at least partly be due to it being well under 150. * An obvious complaint that I'll echo: It's 「fluffernutter」ing huge. I have to imagine the hitbox is also large. I also get hung up on a variety of things. I actually had to turn sideways to get between two obstacles near A beacon on Springfield this morning. * Another complaint regarding the size: because it's so massive, I can't see past it to target reds. If it's a smaller mech in my face, I honestly can't see it. If it weren't for the red hit box, I wouldn't know the mech was there. It could be addressed through better camera positioning (higher up and farther back), but as it is there are a lot of times that I've shot something that popped up a defensive bubble (Minos at a lower elevation, for example) and the first I knew it was when I saw my health starting to drop. All this said, I have managed to get some decent kill streaks as evidenced below.
I've started playing this very similarly to how I play the Nodens. Being very squishy, you need to pick your battles. Now, maybe that improves considerably when leveled between 117 and 150 so keep that in mind. Unfortunately, whereas a Nodens can position at range and send out tethers from pretty secure locales, the Sirius can't due to the Remote Assault + Healing pod range which I find to be rather disappointing as far as the distance you can send them. As a result, you also need to play it like a very weak Mars. Unlike Mars, you don't have the shield. So you head to a spot, throw your turret (assault) and get back toward cover.
I'll finish leveling mine to 150 (I won't promise to do so before playing with my new Cinders on the Heimdall), but I still think this is due at least a small buff and is desperately in need of a better camera angle if not a ~15% physical size reduction.

I have one. The biggest issue for me is it’s a big biotch. The view is obstructed because of the tall gear/weapons. So many times I have to aim the bot at an angle while driving forward. But then the guns are not pointed at what I’m looking at so it takes time to train guns to my target.
Not sure of the map name I think it’s Springfield (the city building map with center open killing field courtyard with a single beacon in center). But trying to drive between the buildings is almost impossible or you spend too much time trying to maneuver free from the corners while taking fire. I do run the sirius when I run my MARS because the turret tossing is very similar between the two bots so I get double practice flinging turrets.
