Here it is at 12/12 - I wouldn't recommend running a whole hanger on a regular bases but the Gekko, Pins & Aphids were all really effective. Found it too squishy to hold its ground with Punishers, Mags or Molots. Pinatas were ok but you really have to be a super Ninja to survive.

Great stuff. One of my favorite bots - hate taking it out of the lineup. Run mine with Aphids mainly, but sometimes the Gekkos come out to play if I drop my Natasha from the lineup.

Thank you I tried it out when I first had access to it and didn't like it at the time, running a Gepard and 2 Cossacks instead. I can see why people like it now, what it does it does well, plus it's a whole different ride at top speed

My starting lineup with 2 Pattons + newbie deal Gep. I had over a dozen Pattons at my the peak of my hangar in the old MM - full lineups at level 2 and 4, and some at every level from 1-5. That and the Vityaz were the majority of my roster until the new MM came along. Kept two, sold the rest... damn Pix.

Have you tried the Punished or Molot post rate of fire changes?

Have you tried the Punished or Molot post rate of fire changes? Molot Patton has always been viable (had one in my lineup for ages), but not great. Griffin molot is pretty much just a better version.

Have you tried the Punished or Molot post rate of fire changes? The Molot one yes (There is an example in the Video on Canyon), but I have to agree with @kingkull on it being a vastly inferior platform compared to the Griffins roughly 50% more firepower, more HP, more speed/jump and flexibility. The Patton would still be the bullet house of choice before you have access to a Griffin of course.

I noticed that you keep firing while reloading when using the Gekks... next time you try it, focus on not doing that and see if it does better. I say that bc when I started waiting for the reload to shoot again, I noticed that the overall damage done improved. Yes it means a pause in shooting, but when it hits it always does good damage. Just a thought, and if you do that later in the video then disregard, the super fast speed was too fast for me to watch it and enjoy it so I didn't get very far... 2x speed is fine, but that was like watching everything on ffwd... miss all the details that way.

Sorry about the speed, when I reviewed the footage I felt I had to include the full pin/gekko matches as you don't see that every day and it ended up being long. Your right, stepping out from cover and firing a full burst is more efficient and keeps you safe, normally I would do so and what you can't notice from the speed is when I was passing cover I would do just that. However, in that particular match as well as the one I did with the Gepard (Also Canyon) there was virtually no other trebs/snipers about to worry about and was able to apply lots of "Psychological" pressure as well with impunity and didn't spend a lot of time behind cover. Gotta love those little posts on Canyon when you're in a smaller bot

In your experience (I hardly use Gekko's) what works better with the Gekko Patton? Sustained Pew, Pew or full charge burst fire? (better not necessarily meaning more damage, although that sure is an important factor!)

It might just be perception, but the continuous-yet-intermittent firing doesn't seem to be worth it.

Let em charge up as fully as possible between complete discharges. They work a whole lot better. Strobing with the reload charge is pretty puny unless you're on the cusp of schwacking your target.
Gekko Pattons are fun as heck, btw. Liked the vid, even if it was speeded up a tad to much.

Yessir, you bet. I don't know a thing about video making, haha. Just that it was hard to keep track of stuff at that playback speed. Reduces the enjoyment. I know some people don't have the attention span to watch longer videos, though, so it might be necessary.
As far as the gekko feedback, also a big 10-4. I got all sorts of opinions (Predominantly not based in fact) on all sorts of things. Don't mind sharin'

Don't mind sharin I would think in a shooting range continual pew pew should be superior or equal to perfectly timed charge/discharge since it reloads while firing. In practice, you will have "windows" of opportunity so a fully charged salvo would maximize that opportunity most likely while exposing you for less time. Your not the first to mention the footage is a bit fast. I am re-encoding Why? 's Cossack video to be at 2X instead of 3X. Have to drop the lowest scoring match of the 3 going with 2 matches at about 7.5min length.

Mr. Rogue, if you decide to test that out next time you get on the TS... running 3 with a Treb on a Leo may help... that was when I noticed it the most. I had to let go of the fire button to let the Treb charge, which of course let the Gekko charge. It was early on in my gameplay... so I was not sure how to do anything at that time. Well, letting the Treb charge I saw a close to death Griff... I didn't want a premature Trebulation, so I did the individual button technique to fire the three gekks and noticed a substantial HP drop... moreso than the several seconds I had spent with the big red button held down and the gekks and treb just pulsing. It dawned on me that Orks were like that... yes you can reload while firing but the damage is done with a full magazine. So I started to hold back the gekks until fully charged no matter what bot I ran them on or how I was using them, and the results helped change my perspective on the weapon as a whole.

Hmm. Yeah sometimes the video, specially the last one I saw was a bit fast, Shaolin. A workaround in my opinion would be to keep the video fast where just walking or trudging is concerned but immediately slowing to normal whenever in combat or evasive maneuvre, even might considering doing a good kill/action in slow motion, a la Skyrim crit hits.
Another viable option could be making a short video with speed and basics for anyone who likes it and making an extended normal speed full gameplay video for us who like that kind.

Will do, I only ever used 2 on a Vity and 3 on a Leo always with a Zeus so you know...pew pew I can't get it out of my head that they are not long range magnums
