Well... I expect there to be a lot of advice for you... but personally the first thing I would do is get any bot you plan on using permanently to level 9. Get that speed and the extra slots and HP. It's really the bare minimum. Next, well you have a lot of paths forward. Getting basic passive mods like armor kits and nuclear reactor maxed out is beneficial. It's a pretty decent bang for your buck as the price is pretty reasonable for the free ones. Then, I would get weapons to 9 or 10.
Now, as far as bot vs weapon choices... I could see all of those working with the right setups... and for the most part you are doing well there for the time being. The Falcon may need to be re-looked at before any others. As far as any other advice... much depends on what you enjoy playing and what your end goal is. If you can afford the eternal chase that is the META, then just copy Legend league hangars. Otherwise, we need to drill down into what you REALLY enjoy or dislike about every bot you have.
IMO, YMMV

Start by leveling up...your hangar is good, just underleveled.....
Unless you really want a different Titan, get Kid going, too...mine wreks most meta now.
of course, staying out of Champs merits some thought, too......good luck!

thanks btw it is a t-falc i forgot to mention that Figured with those Kangs on there lol.
With the way Titans are just almost ignoring DR... T Fal may not be as good a choice as the non-TFal. Takes a little more thought to use well, but getting the firepower of 3 heavies is possibly better than the extra DR/HP that the traditionalist skill gives. However, it's not a make or break issue at the moment, so I would just revisit this after getting a few other bots up to par, like the Phantom.

Others will give you better advice, but, your answer is spend more time and/or money. Enjoy what you have. YOU CAN NOT SPEND ENOUGH MONEY IN THIS GAME. Be the best darn Master/Champ pilot out there. I hate being schwacked by guys in Mk 1 stuff. Be that guy.
Bots: I like your bot variety. Should be fun and effective. Look for the Strider thread in this forum so you can get the most out of that bot. Same for Phantom. T-Falcon: It's only very tanky when money has been thrown at it. Monitor your success at your level. If you stick with T-Falcon use heavy armor kits. As much Ag as you can afford. If you try non-TFalc, think Avengers for the back weapons.
Weapons: Kang Dae's are very rare in Champions League. Look for cheap Avengers when they pop up. Spend Ag on your Storm. Good bang for the buck there. All your other weapons are high quality stuff and therefore expen$ive to level. A common theme here in this forum is to get all bots/weapons to level 9.
Pilots: They can be quite expensive. Review your pilot skills now and then to make sure you are happy with them. Use Road Hog for your Phantom.
Modules: Stay away from Last Stand unless you are going to level it at least once. Basic Last Stand is worthless compared to the price.

Kudos for getting into M1/Champs with those levels!
My advice is to stay out of Champs. Don't worry about "progression" as it's artificial in this game.
As for specifics, as others have said, upgrade your chosen bots to minimum L9. Do you have any other bots you like to play with?
Falcon - I would probably lose the Traditionalist skill too and go with triple Tridents. Tridents are cheap to get and cheap to level and damned effective despite nerf to splash radius. Nemesis - Coronas are fine I guess. I don't have one and have only run it briefly on TS and Skirmishes. Other than the Jack in the Box tactic, I don't know how else to pilot this bot. If you have another bot you like, this might be the one I'd replace. Ares - Try to grind for another Pulsar pronto and then a pair of Marquess. This will be a good MR harassment build. Strider - I don't own one but those weapons should work well. The Rime and Exodus are brutal to upgrade though. Phantom - this build is fine. I prefer Corona over Storm myself but you're F2P so you gotta settle for what you can get. If you replace the Nemesis with something else, you can move a Corona over to the Phantom.

i do have a leech from the skins giveaway. but i cant use it effectively as it pretty underleveled and is expensive to level up.

As what everyone had said. Level them bots up to L9.
And then ask yourself Do I really want to be in Champions League?
I would say try all of your bots out. Variety is the spice of life after all.
If you think your bot is too fragile run it anyway and work out how to get better with it. Then as it gets better you know it's weaknesses and you'll be a better driver of it when it's at its best.
But be all and end all have fun.

If your goal is to stay in Champs, then the advice already given works. This is my first full season in Champs (low Champs) , and all my bots are at level 9, and my weps are at least level 10. My general rule of thumb is nothing goes into active service until its at level 9.
Level the cheap stuff first.

Impressive you made it to Champions League, that’s skill you have, kudos. Bots and weapons both level 9 and the game will really open up for you. Ares and Nemesis are solid against Titans and holding beacons. Ares is brilliant with Pulsars. I ran Ares Pulsar/Halo for a long stretch, Pulsar/Marquees are great as well. With Quantum Radar you can go Ao Jun duck hunting. Getting your current weapons to level 9 is doable, but costly. Do you ever play the test server? Can be a great way to try out new weapons on familiar bots. Keep up the great playing, see you on the field.

As others have said, great job and excellent variety.
Falcon was my fav bot even before Pilots. I ran TFalc for a couple months and was good w it, but Classic Falcon is much more fun. Tough to level up 3 heavy weapons though. Avengers prob my fav now, but also really like Tridents, Glory/Glacier and Glory/Ember builds. I’m thinking about adding a 3rd Falcon for 3 Vipers, but that would be a many months long project.
Primary advice - level that Phantom to all 9s first. Then the Strider.
