Not happy with the way league rating points are distributed!

I have been annoyed for quite some time about how the league rating points are given out.  Mainly for losses as I believe the loosing team shouldn't get any points for first or second. As you know a loss you still get +7 points for first place and +3 for second.  Because I this I think I am in a higher league than I should be.  I often loose with average last 50 games fluctuating between 30% and 60% but are often first or second on the board in a loss.  Much of this is because some months ago I used my level 10 weyland with level 12 thunders on it for DM and was often first due to healing even when we lost.  Most of my robots are level 9 with level 9 weapons which means I often get smashed now in Champion League.  I generally just do quick matches to mix it up a bit and use hanger 1 for DOM and BR and hanger 2 for DM.  Also whats the incentive to keep spawning in robots when you know your team will loose when you have the possibility of getting points for 1st or 2nd and then ranking up as well.  I have addressed this with Pixonic many times that players should loose points and not be awarded for losses but nothing has changed.  Your thoughts?
