Oh..this just in>
Philip Gladkov, who has led Pixonic since 2011, is leaving the company. Formally, the departure will take place in early 2020. Gladkov is now transferring matters to his successor. Yesterday, August 26, company employees learned about this from an internal mailing list. In it, Gladkov reports that the decision was not easy emotionally, but notes that he is not worried about the future of Pixonic. Also, the name of the new CEO became known from the letter. He will be George Egorov, the current COO company. According to Gladkov, Egorov assumes duties from the beginning of this year and already in September he will officially become CEO. Gladkov has led Pixonic since 2011. Under him, the company switched to mobile and launched the production of the War Robots PvP action. The success of the latter made Pixonic one of the highest grossing gaming companies in Russia.

Dude, you just need to let it go. Why do you keep playing and why do you keep posting at this point? Your views are well known. -Sigh-

I hate what this game has become but continue to play as well. I love BoT but it is too intense. One match satisfies me the way War Robots takes 5+ matches to achieve. Everytime I play BoT I feel like I need a smoke and I don't smoke.

complaining about complaining is always annoying and counterproductive. Complaining about complaining about complaining is doubly annoying and doubly counterproductive. Not at all. I quite like all of the complaining. You're the only one bothered by it. I'm just trying to help you by giving you information. I'm not nearly self centered enough to think that I should be the judge of when someone else should stop talking.

I hope you are being intentionally sarcastic! If not then I am complaining about your statement suggesting funball should not be the judge of when someone should stop talking yet you basically tell him to stop talking. You should really quite like this comment. But seriously I just get a laugh from reading comments from the OP. I believe he has quit several times but keeps coming back.

This is great. About providing support: "[...] your audience will get bigger. The number of inquiries will increase, and you will be lacking resources. [...] Segmenting the users is the right solution here. Divide the players by a number of criteria and script the interaction logic. I.e. paying users should have the top priority, long-time users who havenât paid in a while are the second best, etc. Donât shy away from using bots for automated replies â they decrease the strain put on customer support significantly."
I haven't received anything but an automated response from Pixo for the last 2 years, and I have spent about 500 bucks in the first year. But maybe they don't consider a meager 500 bucks as a paying customer. There was a standard message "thanks for your input, we value our customers opinion, blah blah blah" that they sent after a few hours, to make it look as if a human had responded, but of course it was bull「dookie」 because you would get exactly the same message to whatever you asked. (I guess they parsed for key words like "refund" and "payment" to direct some of those to humans, possibly.)
Of course, his statement neglects that the main issue is that a good game won't need a lot of support. I think I have contacted support exactly twice in AutoChess, once to report a bug and once to log a short suggestion. In the same time I felt the itch to send 200 complaints to Pixonic, about bugs, tanking, matchmaking, balance, documentation, everything.

I'll leave this game when they shut the servers down. When things suck it's ok to point it out. It has gotten marginally better no doubt but it is far from the original Walking War Robots. If they would fix matchmaking, join the platforms, and fix the economy....

Translated... “What I'm looking forward to is launching our new game next year. I believe that it will be a new hit of the company.” Does he mean Pixonic is releasing a new game next year or is it his new endeavor?

I'm not nearly self centered enough to think that I should be the judge of when someone else should stop talking. In his defence, OP has been beating the dead horse for a while now. Saying the same thing over and over again is bound to annoy people. That is very true. Our current social norms certainly do support the idea that continued complaining is fair game for telling someone to stuff it. But I don't think that's at all fair. If the OP were just droning on about the same crap with no interesting perspectives or info to share, I wouldn't have said anything. But consider what the OP actually had to offer in terms of content and perspective. Perspective is pretty meh if you're tired is hearing it, I admit. But if you click the links and read the content, it's some really interesting stuff. It's stuff that I wouldn't have known about if OP had simply put a sock in it. Most of his threads are of similar quality and while I begrudgingly choose to support pix for now anyway (addictive game), I consider his contributions to be the most valuable here. I know that sounds extreme, but think about that a bit before rejecting it. Most everyone else on here could drop dead tomorrow and there's still going to be 100 more people offering nearly the exact same perspective and content. Just because it's the same guy complaining again and again doesn't mean he should be silenced. Though very common (maybe even the norm), I think this kind of thinking is actually really dangerous on a societal level. I think it would be a terrible loss if OP stopped posting.

Though very common (maybe even the norm), I think this kind of thinking is actually really dangerous on a societal level. I think it would be a terrible loss if OP stopped posting. First of all, I'd like to thank you for writing such a well thought post. You disagreed with what I said and gave calm and collected reasons for why you disagree with me and what exactly about OP's post you found valuable. We need more members like you who actually give out quality responses rather than the usual one liner. So you've earned my respect fellow forumite Now, my response to your response (lol): I'll be honest, I didn't even bother to click on the links OP posted (could be a virus), and simply skimed past his explanations. I reaction to that was that OP is at it again looking down at us as if we are some drug addicts in need of help. I find that to be rather condescending. Most of us aren't addicts here. I play this game because I find it fun. When it stops being fun, I will move on. But I agree with you that unpopular opinions shouldn't be silenced. I think that they should be listened to, and if they are convincing arguments, then it's all good. If of course the arguments are absolutely irrelevant or plain wrong, then I'd like to be left alone. If they keep pestering you, then a retaliatory reaction is to be expected. Again, this is just my opinion that has formed through my own life experiences. If someone puts forth an argument that disproves what I've said and convinces me otherwise, then I shall gladly change my opinion on this particular matter. One more time, I'll say this. This forum overall has made it clear to OP that his opinions on this matter are either invalid or irrelevant to them. Saying it again and again is borderline harassment.

Here’s a vote for NOT stopping the Rock from posting. If you don’t like it, don’t read it. No rules broken and legit news about Putzo the Nutzo fail.fu proxy.
Yeah I still play and focus most of my contributions on this forum on tactics and gear... but that doesn’t mean that I don’t want to know what’s going on.
Whether I agree with any one post or not, doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t post what they want to as long as the rules of the forum are followed.
If he was posting on a thread asking for advice with this type of info... that’d be different since it would be pushing off topic distractions. But it’s a dedicated thread that anyone can chose to read or not to.
IMO YMMV

It was strongly implied that no one wanted to read it and he should just stop... ... so no votes in the literal sense... but I wanted to figuratively show that I saw no problem with the idea of him making a thread about the game that posted info that may or may not paint the top of the company in a negative light. What we choose to do or not do with the info is on us... but who cares if he makes a thread about it?
All I was trying to say.

Question to those who keep saying that leaving the game after it pisses me off is some sort of sanction worthy act that needs to be lorded over me( for some snobbish douche baggery reason) why is this erratic behavior? It's quite natural..
Have you ever seen people love a sports team, hate the coach and general management, see a game every now and again in spite of it, and to be told to quit liking the team or going to games? And that liking the team and paying to go see a game is flipping their lid? GTFO of here...
You say I am beating a dead horse..The management is the horse here, and they are very much alive and kick worthy for good reason.
And better yet, for all the ball fondelers who hate all my posts, yet, trip all over themselves to read them and respond to them...Why exactly do your assessments of my posts matter? Why do you even think you matter, who cares.
And still better, the fact that what I post has never been fake or a lie, and often with links to verify what I OP'd.. AND is most times related to the most important facets of the game( it's making and management)... And it gets called irrelevant... Pfft.
I get it, some of you don't like what I have to say and the way I say it..Great. I could care less, my posts are not for you anyway and you're too thick to clue in, they are for the forum members who like reading what I post. Get over yourselves. Implying that my posts are not worthy of reading and that I should be "voted off the island" is dishonest taint licking.
I don't mind being in the rants forum, the management deserve endless ranting.. Frankly many of the posts in the rants are way more pointed, accurate and are much more fun and entertaining.
I will continue to post information on the Devs and general health of the management, for I love the game, but dislike the management's decisions to bamboozle with gambling, deceptive pricing, pay 2 win, and lootboxing.
