From random spinning, the first Blitz pilot skill I got was Wonderworker. I felt lucky.
For the second skill, after a few tries, I got Guidance Operator. I love this skill in my Ember-Scourge Inquisitor, where it reduces the lock-on time by 50%. But for Blitz, I am not sure how much it reduces at the max level since it starts from 10% and the first increment was +2.5% (so max 32.5%? a weird number...). Will this skill be worth keeping, if I put 2x Shredder + 2x Spark (these are what I have at the moment, level 8~9).
In the next random spin, I got Destroyer, which will increase the ability damage by maximum 10%. Will this be better than Guidance Operator? I can also run 2x Shredder + 2x Halo, if I am not going to use Guidance Operator.
What I really wanted was Road Hog, but perhaps I will get it as the 3rd skill using 1k Au.
...
So questions:
(1) what is the max % for Guidance Operator for Blitz? (For Inquisitor it was 50%),
(2) Guidance Operator or Destroyer (or should I roll dice again?)
(3) What are your favorite 3 skills for a Blitz? (since three skills per bot would be the maximum I can go)

So questions: (1) what is the max % for Guidance Operator for Blitz? (For Inquisitor it was 50%), - YES 50% also(2) Guidance Operator or Destroyer (or should I roll dice again?) - Depends on load out. Destroyer would give you more latitude to change weapons whereas guidance operator is usually quite narrow in application
(3) What are your favorite 3 skills for a Blitz? (since three skills per bot would be the maximum I can go) - Armour Expert, Mechanic or Wonderworker and Destroyer. I must admit I do not like the conditional skills (i.e enemy or beacon related) I personally think it is quick enough (at L9) without the Road Hog variants as well.
EDIT: I have also put AntiControl (L1) on it which I won in the last event. This seems to be a great help as well

There is only 1 skill that you really need and that is deft survivor. It will either make sure you get the kill in a 1v1 or that you gtfo. No other skill will offer as much value.

In addition to posting my pilot skills (which are for my Gust/Halo Blitz), I would say if you are running Sparks you definitely want Guidance Operator to lock onto targets quicker.
Deft Survivor is a must, and I am of the opinion that of all the boosters, for Blitz it is extremely useful to boost for Ability Cool-down reduction because it means that more frequently you are running faster, activating aegis, suppressing, and doing powerful ability damage. This is important in the current game mechanics. Because of this Ive been able to get out of many difficult situations, help teammates more quickly, and get godlike 9x in a row.
Pilot skills are expensive to choose or retrain, and Blitz has A LOT of good skills to train, so I personally dont value the ones that are beacon dependent or focused on active modules. With Blitz, though I use the DM active mod, I use it sparingly (against Falcon, Invader, Fenrir, and to destroy Ao Juns before they take off again).
I have AC, Last Stand, Thermonuclear Reactor for passive mods.
Blaze is difficult to keep on target. Definitely use Lockdown Ammo active mod if you run Blaze; then you’ll cook your target.
If you are gonna run Magnums, level them up really high, boost for damage, and level up a Thermonuclear Reactor. I would still recommend Last Stand and AC because they are lifesavers!
Ogre out ??
