've been messing with different configurations and options and now I hear tell of a new weapon coming soon, the Protolot? A heavy weapons version of the Molot.
So this is what I have now. I don't spend $ to buy up my units so I need help as to what path to follow. This is what I have right now.
Golem Lvl 8
Orkan lvl 8
Pinata lvl 8
Thunder lvl 8
I find this sucker the nastiest little ambusher. I can move faster than most heavies and can often kill heavies head to head and survive with 50%+ health left. Rhinos will plaster me if I'm not careful though.
Boa lvl 7
Thunder lvl 6
Taran lvl 8
Natasha lvl 6
Zeus lvl 8
Zeus lvl 6
2x CRV Pins lvl 7
I was thinking of using the Carnage to replace this when I get enought workshop points
Griffin lvl 8
2x Taran lvl 8
2x EP Magnum lvl 8
spares
Leo lvl 7
Stalker lvl 5
Vityaz lvl 7
Fujin lvl 7
Patton lvl 8
Griffin lvl 6
2x Tulumbas lvl 7
2x CRV Pin lvl 7
Spare Weapons
Heavy
Thunder lvl 5
Kang lvl 5
KwK lvl 4,3,3,3
Mediums
Punisher T lvl 6,5,5
Ac Molot lvl 1,1
Lights
At Spiral lvl 6 6,
Punisher lvl 6, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
Molot lvl 4
Pinata lvl 7, 7, 6, 5
Norinem lvl 5, 5, 5, 5
CRV Pin lvl 5, 5
Silver 26 MM
Gold 970
Workshop 12,200
I was thinking of replacing the Natasha with the Carnage and put the Zeus's on it.
Or should I get Rhino and load it up with the stuff from one of my Griffins?
Or should I buy some Tridents or Trebuchets?
Suggestions?

No suggestions, but I echo your comment on the Golem. I have the same setup on mine (4 robot with 7 weapons) and I love being able to catch others off guard. I try to get as close as I can because of the Thunder and then just watch the explosions.

Your current hanger sits at this strength. Golem 8/8 630MM points Boa 7/7 570+MM points Natasha 6/7 695MM points Griffin 8/8 775MM points From our understanding of the current MM system provided by TintehFiend at warrobots.wikia.com/wiki/Thread:60155Your Griffin is the strongest in matchmaking points, and is at the high end of Silver tier. Your mediums can be at level 9/11 and still only hit 770 points. Balance your hanger and you'll see better results. Q: Replace the Natasha with the Carnage and put the Zeus's on it. Keep in mind that having a WS bot (according to our understanding) will impose a 20% penalty to your matchmaking score for your entire hanger. You could start facing enemies significantly stronger than you are used to. Try switching in your stalker and seeing what that does. The advantage is that this is a very strong bot in silver. Against shielded bots it's less effective, and in gold it would be a unicorn of limited value. The Carnage is very effective with Tridents or Thunders. Q2: Should I get Rhino and load it up with the stuff from one of my Griffins? Good long term idea, but don't sell the Griffin short. It will remain effective all the way to the top. Q3:Or should I buy some Tridents or Trebuchets? Skip the Trebs, they don't do enough DPM to be useful in most matches in higher tiers, and if you buy one you're going to buy two or three, throwing good money after bad. Tridents can be good, but with only four bots in your hanger you should continue to focus on knife fighters. It's typically a bad idea to have more than one mid range bot in your hanger, and you are probably enjoying your Zeus. Here are my tips for long term: 1: Open up your fifth slot. This will allow you to be more aggressive and clench victories in the last minutes that you would have lost otherwise. To that end I suggest you run a beacon capper. 5au each battle adds up. 2: Think about using Boas more in your current tier. They have speed, hp, and with a thunder/taran or orkan they are a beast up close. 3: Think about getting more Tarans and Magnums with your WSP before getting bots. A full hanger of heavies need a LOT of weapons. Griffins are a great Silver bot to run because they are useful in high gold and you can always swap them out with a Rhino.

Thanks Duodec.
I'm not totally familiar with how the game calculates tiers. So I will be better served focusing on leveling up my Golem and Boa and possibly the Natasha, or at least the Zeus's since I don't plan on keeping her long term.
That fifth slot is going to take a LONG time to open up though at 5k gold! Should I save for it or use my gold on an Orkan when I get there?
I could also save my Workshop for a Taran or the annoying missile launcher. I find players with the missiles too effective with the changes from the last update. Trying to charge a group of 2 or 3 units with these with a slow bot is a sure way to die. Stealth will only help so much. The best counter might be simply outranging them if you can, depending on the map, or copying them, or a Rog with Tarans.

So if I understand correctly the tiers I can change my hanger to this Golem 8/8 Patton 8/7 Stealth 5/8 Boa 7/8
I can drop my tier significantly and improve some farming while leveling up the Stealth and my weapons.....this sound about right? Later I can add back in the Griffin and bump my hanger up to the next tier some and work on leveling everything up some more.

Looks like that made a big difference. Thanks for the link on the tiers. That tidbit makes a big difference.
