Manni was talking about the heavy orkan (Exodus) here: Feel free to post test server video(s) once it's up.

Uh oh... carnage with exodus... Dragoon is where the carnages are going tbh. This is something better suited for Strider and more so the Mercury. When you're releasing bots with all medium slots, start releasing medium weapons. Start releasing bots with heavy slots, you gotta make them more appealing to get thanks to new weaponry.

Uh oh... carnage with exodus... Two Exodus deal 117,200 damage at level 8. Three Orkans is 124,800 damage at level 8. Haechi is still king. But the Inquisitor we are all getting for free... 141,800 damage level 8. Brilliant move by Pixonic to release this while giving away Inquisitors, because a Thunder just doesn't cut it.

Pix says the Modules that they will be introducing will give abilities to bots that don't have them. A while back they said the difficulty was that bots with a button ability already would require another button bring crested ---- but I guess they gave up on that and the modules will only be used on bots without an ability. This means the Tasha, and Golem will be the bots ready for module additions on day one, as these two bots already exist at Mk2 Level 12 in many hangars (cause they are dirt cheap to get there). I'd guess the Tasha with 2 Exodus and 2 Piñata --- and a Rush or Jump module would be the next DB Griffin and the Jumping Tasha with Redeemer/Mags the next PDB Griffin. I'm liking the idea of Modules for the older bots - as it would create more options for the new heavy weapons.

Exodus: Another robot name with religious undertones. Me, personally, I don't have a problem with it. But how much do you want to bet that the name gets changed before it goes live?

I can feel my health bars evaporating... At least now we know what that 「fluffernutter」ing Orkan was doing in Inquisitor's Heavy Hardpoint...

But my theory about the name with the religious undertones holds. 100 Au says that the name gets changed before the weapon goes live.

Who knows, they may add yet another currency to the game just for them!

Its definition is pretty much a "journey away", which I find particularly apt for a weapon the makes your enemies disappear. The only thing religious about it is that it happens to be the name of a book in the Christian bible, it has no religious connotation to the rest of the world.

Yeah, the religious undertones continue, look what I found somewhere in internet land.

I have just played on the test server and at level 8 it's great but you know, some people are allowed to upgrade it to MK2 and then play with it in lower leagues.

I don't think it will be too bad. In Adrian's video, it turns a pinata/exodus natasha into a force! The only bots to worry about OP-ness would be an inquisitor and strider.

That could be the next OP. But then again, it seems the orkans are well accepted.

in the menu of your browser click "request desktop site", then in the War Robots forum page, click a folder topic, on the upper right, look for the "create thread" button.

That could be the next OP. But then again, it seems the orkans are well accepted. Equip Exodus in all heavy hard points and orkans in all medium hard points. Only downside is you would need to be within 300m to utilize them.

These ability modules sound fascinating. Hopefully they'll be restricted to bots that have no ability by default?
Having a Haechi jump at me or stealth would be mad.
But ... Maybe I could whip out my Destrier again?
To see it hopping about the battlefield in full flight.
Hover Leo? That would be glorious.

Imagine descending with this and two Orkans. Burst damage would be ridiculous. Almost Spectre like.

Hmmm heavy Orkan sounds interresting
Wouldnt it be great to have a bot with 3 heavy hardpoints good ground speed and a jump ability Maybe some kind of Dmg protection would be good too
Could be called Eagle or Hawk or something other like this
