Trident - play it before you judge, it might work out
Hopefully they keep Dash's and ST in the test server for a good idea

Orkans will now shoot at target instead of unguided...this will potentially be a huge nerf...leading with Orkan might be dead.. unwanted target switching will have missiles spraying everywhere.. I think they still shoot whatever direction you point them in and they don't rotate like Scourge/Zeus/ST/Ions, or the Bulg just got a huge buff. The change is the vertical angle the Orkans/Tarans shoot at when the target is out of range. So you know when a Griffin jumps and you're shooting at them with your tarans, and the moment when they reach 351 range your tarans point back down? They won't do that anymore. Just an assumption. That's exactly what's supposed to happen. Unfortunately that might make it jankier too with the lock on system.

If they had to drop the Nashorn range, it should have gone to 800, like the Tempest and Molots.
And the loss of 100m range on the Trident is huge. And unwanted.

Nashorn--- range is now 600m, reload is 6s Kang Dae--- Damage - 15%, reload now 12s Trident--- range is now 500m, +20% damage, singe shots, reload starts after first shot is fired, reload is 1 rocket every 4s Exodus--- clip size, 20 rockets, Fire rate, half as fast as Orkan, Reload, 4s per rocket, So yes, the 80s reload time IS INTENTIONAL!!! wow, exodus does 61530 at level 8…

No, mine works perfectly.I'm not gonna play FFA on the live server Because they put a punishment for ejecting your crippled bots.If you eject your bot, your kill number will reset to zero.

The few games I got to play on TS the morning, I loaded up on Exoduses. Two Fury's, a Butch, and orkan/exodus Lance, and a Flux Fury. Exodus is absolutely OP, and I would totally buy one. Would be brutal on an inquisitor with Orks. Flux is stupid, too -- tye last thing this game needs is another long-range energy weapon that encourages more friggin camping. But the exodus will reward close up brawling, so I'm all for it.

Stop... Tankers.... Now all we need is for Pix to actually listen to the players for once.... Oops.... Thats where the problem is.

So if they log in with another phone it will say your still in battle.

This testserver is complete bull「dookie」. They want to test mid/long range weapons on this ffa. Completely useless. Gazilion Exodus bois hunting you down + spawning right beside you. And you with your Kang Daes...

All this speculation without even seeing the real deal. Just loaded my hangars on Test Server and found:
Nash range is still 1100m, reload is 6 sec 6880DMG at lvl8- The nash is viable again IMO, especially for a STOCK silver weapon. The downshot (or upshot depending on your playstyle) is faster gameplay. Kang Dae not so much but that 3 sec will make a difference, not a gamebreaker though.
Not sure about the heavy Ork as battles aren't available yet...Exodus doesn't have a description either so I can't verify it's a misslie weapon although with a 300m range that's what I imagine...kinda looks like an energy weapon though. we'll see in a few hours.
also, all bots are pre DIESS. That should make free for all very interesting!!!
Also, FFA is the only game mode available it seems. You can recycle your bots though, meaning you can re-spawn the same bot that just got killed. Not sure how spawn is going to work in this mode...
See you on the TS!
EDIT: I may be wrong...TS just went into maintenance for the next 20 minutes. they might be making the changes outlined in Manni's vid...or not. Good hunting!

If the Exodus really is a heavy Orkan, well..... This game is dead. It's been declared 'dead' on this forum so many times now...and seemingly with each new update, that its name should be formally changed to 'Undead War Robots,' 'cause somehow...it's still alive. Or Walking Dead War Robots (old players know)

Exodus is a heavy Orkan -- rockets, works just like an Orkan only it fires a little slower, but does a crap-ton of damage. One salvo out of a triple exodus Fury melted everything and anything. Plop that on a Lance with Orkans and it will be brutal. That's the only think I liked on this TS. Flux is just a heavy gekko, like we really need another variant of that. I didn't play anything else.

Flux is pretty strong. I really like the effects
Trident shoots 1 round at a time and its quicker. Reloads on the fly. Quite strong too. I like the new mechanics, it's going to be a strong force now if this go live. 500m is the way to keep it in check but I think they need to figure something else out and keep it 600m.
Exodus is OP as is. Need a DMG nerf

I don't feel like anything on this TS is really OP. I completely fail to see what is gained from the Nashorn and Kang Dae changes though. What is it they are trying to accomplish with those changes? I actually like the trident change a lot. I want to see the Balista released as well.

Left the test server after a few games. Theres nothing left of the game except button mashing and who has the bigger deck. No fun, just who can mount the greater number of more powerful weapons and who happens to spot who first. At least Pixo is consistantly exceeding expectations as to how brainless and unenjoyable they can make their game.

The Exodus seems like it reloads way too slow at 1 rocket every 4 seconds. We don't know how many rockets it can hold but 14,650 damage doesn't seem worth waiting 20 seconds. Did I miss something? 20 rockets

The Exodus on the test server is missing the one thing that makes it complete.

Well, Test Server is over for this week. Not that Pissoffic will read my feedback, but here's a summary:
------------------------------------------------
Hard to test an unknown weapon when in a dog eat dog simulation. FFA is not the mode to test new weapons and/or robots. It would be a lot easier to test if I could concentrate on the dynamics and intricacies of the weapon, and not having to constantly look over my shoulder for incoming enemy fire. From what I could tell, the weapons performed satisfactorily. I would know more if I could test them under more controlled conditions.
I reiterate what I said in my comments regarding FFA. This mode should not come to the live server. If it is ever put in to Random Mode, you can expect to see an exponential increase in additions to LPQ. People don't like Random Mode. They like playing a specific mode of their choosing, whether it be Domination, Beacon Rush, Team Death Match, King of The Hill, and maybe soon, Free For All. Most people don't want to have modes assigned to them by an algorithm. They play what they like to play, not what is assigned to them. If the developers think that they can make players like Random Mode, they're only fooling themselves. People are ready to leave War Robots for other games, and it's mostly because the developers aren't listening to the players' input. Players know what they like. If War Robots and Pixonic won't provide what players want, those players will find games that will.

P.S. I don't like playing games where "There can be only one." Duncan MacLeod I'm not.
Besides, if FFA goes live, the only winners will be whales and clubbers.

So you know when a Griffin jumps and you're shooting at them with your tarans, and the moment when they reach 351 range your tarans point back down? They won't do that anymore. Just an assumption. Yes this is exactly how it was explained... It will still have to be lead according to how fast the target is going, as it will still be unguided. What it DOES do is allow you to target on something at, say.... 700m, and then hit that Sphincter that landed in front of you at 200m but it stealthed, as long as the 700m target is in a place that allows your weapons to aim at the same level that the Sphincter is at. Before, well... now,I th you just shoot straight ahead at 351m, like you said. I think that it is a good change and I am glad to see it. Now, make that thing NOT change targets to the 700m target from the 200m target just because the 700m target is on the same plane and the 200m target is below me. They can both be directly in front, but because the 700m is level the damned-able target indicator does it's own thing. That bothers me sooo much more. IMO, YMMV
