How about this: - Like the game? Have fun playing it? Go ahead and play. - Don't like the game? Don't have fun playing it? Stop playing. Consider an uninstall if you don't think you'll check back to see if things improved. This seems like the natural way a game would keep or lose players. If you are unhappy, leave. It's that simple. It's obvious by how many people still play the game that there are those that enjoy it. It's like anything else. You don't like what's on the TV? Then change the channel. Don't like the song on the radio? Change the station. Don't like the book you're reading? Stop reading it. Your favorite band (like Metallica) stops playing the music you like and moves to more mainstream crap? Stop buying their albums and stop listening. Same goes here. Just stop playing. Quit crying about it. Quit trying to mobilize a small segment to boycott. Just. quit. playing. It's that easy. OR....get better so that you don't lose so much.

I never thought I'd be saying this, but I think I'm reaching my limit. Yeah, the game sucks right now if you want a competitive game. But if you want to farm up a Kumiho, there has never been a better time. It is a farmers game now. Really? I run an all silver/workshop hanger. I have 1 component weapon that I don't ever use. Almost all of my bots are at lvl 8 or 9, almost all my weapons are between 8-11 in levels. Yet I'm still competitive in almost every match. I've managed to grind it out and move up to where I bounce from DiamondI and Expert III. I usually manage to be in the top 4 of each match, regardless of what type of bots I'm up against. Then, the other night I messed up and ran 10 matches in my 6pk hanger without realizing it. I won 6 of those. Lost 4. At Expert III. Definitely out matched in bots and weapons lvl. But somehow, using nothing but silver bots and no component weapons, I still averaged in the 500K range in damage. Still managed to cap 2 or 3 beacons each match, and kill at least 3 bots. Still competitive. So if you don't think it's competitive, or you are losing a bunch and getting mad at the game.. maybe you should give yourself an *honest* assessment of your skills. You probably just aren't as good as you think you are.

Don't try to improve anything, just cut and run! Except... it isn't that easy, cutting and running changes exactly nothing. And we want change. So you see... this isn't crying... the pursuit of excellence is one of the few things in this world you can't denounce from any angle. People are seeking change, to improve the game. But yet, some people like you just cut and run when they don't like something. Quitters never win but I know when the going gets tough it isn't easy, so you quit and run. It's why you recommend it. But then you never know what hard work is, never know how good a relationship can be, never know how good a game can become. You end up denouncing the pursuit of excellence, and that is ignorant. I have a better philosophy, man up. And that doesn't mean shut up, it means do what you can to improve whatever you are working on. Because no one here is crying... except maybe you as you run away from this argument. So if you don't think it's competitive, or you are losing a bunch and getting mad at the game.. maybe you should give yourself an *honest* assessment of your skills. You probably just aren't as good as you think you are. God, you're so good at this game. I love when a new player rolls in and tell us the game isn't pay to win, or is competitive. Tells us how much silver they have, and how it will never run out because they are so good. Too bad you don't play on Android.

While it might be your opinion that we should shut our mouths, society generally doesn't take too kindly to the idea that "STFU" is the right way to resolve dissatisfaction. We're all entitled to our own opinions. The reason your response is inappropriate is because you're trying to keep others from expressing their opinions on the way they see fit. Opinions are like arsholes. Everyone has them and they stink. And if you think raising your stink here will change anything then you need medical help and need to stop gaming. Pix will do what they want. They donâ??t give a rats ?bum-bum? about us. Get over it. Move on. Figure a way to play and contribute or quit. Easy cheesy. Simple. How about you take your own advice, and stfu. Move on to another forum. Easy cheesy. The whole idea of this forum is sharing different ways to play War Robots. That's why you can get 10 different ways to do things - there's no best way cause it depends on the person. Count yourself lucky cause there are still plenty of people willing to spell out in-depth their knowledge of the game. There used to be more. So if you can't handle a opinion or thought different then yours. Please stfu, shove off, or bon voyage.

But those that are leaving, pissed off, can do some negative publicity. I did change my rating in Google Play to 1 star with a p2w comment and upvoted similar comments, what did you? We can also uninstall and wait if things get better. (I did the first, but have few hope for the second.)

You probably just aren't as good as you think you are. FYI... not that it really matters to the arguments... but Bronzeknee is a good player... he will push your buttons on this forum and may see things differently as far as what the game/players need/s, but it ain't because he lacks skill... that's from meeting him on 6pack pick up games and seeing him occasionally on Red or Blue when I played regularly on Android. Deffo not a no-skill self deceiver. OTOH, as far as the idea of it being competitive... it totally depends on the league you are in, from what I have seen. I play iOS now due to not having a lot of time to play and it's much easier to break out my iphone and play a game than it is to get my Android tablet out... mainly because I have my iphone on me and life is too busy nowadays to make time (other than 6pack games scheduled with the clan). I say that because I am running a 7-8 hangar on iOS and am Expert III and get about the same results as you... top 3 and around a 60-65% win percentage. It is not easy always, but isn't ridiculous. Some of my weapons are components and I do have a Haechi with level 7 Orks on that account, but overall I am well below average in level compared to what I see. Now, when I do get on Android and squad with clannies on the live server, I see the real problem. Champion and Masters is just not fun. Period. Sure, there are some folks that are just "that good" and can roll in with Mk1 12/12 and mop up with Griffs and Lances, even against Mk2 Component Hangars... but most folk are at a large disadvantage and it just isn't surmountable without paying or grinding an exorbitant amount. Especially if they only play enough to stay "warm" instead of staying at peak temperature and at the top of their game. And like has been said... that kind of thing is bound to creep lower into Expert and prolly even Diamond. Mk2 will be more and more prevalent. So, in my experience, it's sorta both, good game-play and bad, as things sit. IMO, YMMV.

Freedom February. It’?s time to show Pixonic the players will. Your will. The only effective way for every player to change things in the game is to vote with 1 star every time new update is online. It will be even better if you have or make multiple accounts and vote with 1 star.Google Play Store play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pixonic.Walking War RobotsApple App Store itunes.apple.com/us/app/war-robots/id806077016?mt=8Sending messages to their automated support is useless!!! Don't waste your time!!!Stop playing and stop spending too...Write complains to both Google and Apple that Pixonic use malicious practices to manipulate players to gamble their money and wasting their time.Well put Jarvis. People, if you don’t like the direction than leaving one star is the way to go. Don’t be nice and leave two because you are muddying the waters and that overall percentage stays that much higher. The feedback mechanism is there so that you and other consumers have the opportunity to express their like or dislike for the game. Use it. If you are F2P player or someone who spends small amounts and keeps playing and spending than your other complaints will have diminished relevance. After all Pix will reason “our strategy is working. We know what you want better than you because you are still with us”. Remember, their current job is to push the envelope as much as they can without breaking you. Its also worth remembering the whales will have a huge say in the matter. If they buy like they bought during the dash release than all the complaints from the non whales will amount to almost nothing and Pix will proceed to neutralise them as much as they can.. If they don’t buy than the non whale complaints will have a much larger impact. PS: you can also leave lovely feedback on their FB page ?

OP. Just quit. Find a new game. Anyone else and all the cry babies just quit. That will show them. Things change and evolve. Never for the better. Life isnâÂ?Â?t fair. Get over all yourselves. Shut the ã??fluffy bunnyã? up and play ðÂ?Â?Â? I'm getting a little sick of this response to unhappy players. The fact of the matter is, the game is not the one we got hooked on when we started playing it. The new owners of it have made many and drastic changes to it, mostly for the worse, all in the name of greed, with total lack of concern for the deteriorating quality of game play. For many of us, they have essentially taken away something we used to enjoy by making it unenjoyable. If you're not one of those people, then I'm hella happy for you -- enjoy away. But a whole bunch of us would like to see just some of the ?poo-poo? they've thrown at us taken out so maybe the game can get back to some semblance of what we used to enjoy. Nobody is forcing you to read these threads, yet here you are reading them and ?female dog?ing about them. So if you like it the way the game is, YOU shut the ?fluffy bunny? up and play. Oh well.

I started playing a few months ago while the Tanking problem was just beginning. I discounted a lot of the gripes as whining. I wasn't as affected as many of you. I continued to enjoy the challenge. Playing against vastly superior forces is getting frustrating. If the matchmaking were better, it still might be fun. I understand that the games owners and creators are in the business to make money so as a non-spending player I have little say in what happens. I will log in, collect my drops, spin the wheels for freebies and update my bots until I run out of Ag. I may play the occasional battle. If I don't get overwhelmed, I will play again. I really enjoyed playing for the past few months, but that enjoyment is fading fast. I hope the game will become fun again for those of us unwilling to spend real money on a game.
BTW: In the past two weeks, I've spent more time reading posts on the forums than playing the game. There are a lot of great pilots and I enjoy reading your posts and sharing tips and opinions.

What kills me about KOTH is that I can score 800 - 900k in damage, but if we lose on beacons, that can be up to -22 on points. In KOTH, you really have to play to your bots' strengths. If you have a fast bot (and please let it be a fast bot with a bite), then go for beacons. If you have a brawler, defend the centre. And, if you're like me, using a ST Bulg as your only non running bot, well, I know my role very well, and that's to thin the red herd, or pull reds away from beacons by being bait. I have a feeling that by the end of this month, I'll be asking my clan if I can go back to their Gold/Diamond tier clan! Scoring high damage in KoH is like being high beacon capper in a losing effort in Dom. High beacon count means zilch if your team loses. In KoH having high damage count means nothing if your team doesn't control enough beacons. Ironic, aint it? Some players just can't help themselves. They should be playing some game that you just mow down score of enemies (like Serious Sam) I used to run across the same thing on CoD, DOM mode. You only need to hold the line at 2 of 3 beacons, Defend and win. But some dummies need to run around and brass up everything that moves.

Please for god sake what ever god you pray too. Just stop whining. There are ways to have fun. Win or lose. Focus on the fun. Pix does not will not give one red cent about you. Ever. Get over it. Maybe you should start a thread about how bad the whining is and whine detail your frustration with it there... instead of here. Just a thought... You’re so clever. Have had about a day with the new update on iOS and not too happy. Had been in a good place for the first time in a long while but not anymore. KOTH is just ok and random is now unplayable (8 out of 10 were TDM for me). I’ve put up with all the MM issues, P2W, etc. But this is the first time I’ve found myself not wanting to play a match.
I put in my one star rating. I’ll keep logging in to collect stuff. But just no interest in starting a match and (for the first time) zero interest in an event (same old stuff and even harder to do now). Maybe this will give me the needed space to kick the War Robots habit - forced cold turkey. Thanks Pix/Mail.poo!

If we're wasting our time, it's our time to waste, isn't it? Otherwise, we'd be shouting at our phones or tablets, at the overpowered random match that we were just thrown in to. Just like the random match, we may win, we may not. Going up against rich whales, or going up against greedy Pixonic? What's the difference?
By the way, this may be rude, but I feel I need to point it out. The word is drivel, not dribble.

So I’m calling on you, the players, to boycott the game for the month of February. Rise up, log in collect your things, but don’t go to Battle. Why bother? Likely the matchmaker or tankers have decided the battle without you. Rise up against the futility of playing this once great game. Rise up to show your displeasure. We can, together, show Pixonic / Mail.ru that we’ve had enough of their lies, enough of their bull?poo-poo?, enough of how they treat us. If you’re reading this. You have it in you to resist, to show you’re pissed off, to show that you want change. Together, we are the resistance. Repost to your YouTube subscriptions. Repost to the blogs you follow. Show you’ve had enough. The line is drawn! tonight tanking with my clan was amazing.. squad up 6 people and not deploying during the game.. amazing... let red get a freebie win. ez P'z. let less than 2 minutes of the start it ended.

Tells us how much silver they have, and how it will never run out because they are so good. Too bad you don't play on Android. It's not cutting and running, nor is trying to boycott it to something that you want trying to improve it. The game is better now than it was when I started playing 3 years ago. The choice of bots and new weapons that have been introduced over the last year is amazing. The new game modes, the updates and changes are all far faster paced than when it was first introduced. Developing a game costs money. A lot more than most people think. So for a freemium game to actually continue to improve and stay up and running, the company that develops it has to be able to make money. So you don't like the fact that people can pay to get high end bots? How would you propose the company actually make money, then? Boycotting for a month isn't going to affect any changes, because it won't affect the money they make. Players leaving in droves and not spending money is how change will be effected. So if you want to effect change, then you have to effect the money they make. That means walking away for good. As for me being new? Lol... look at what I said above. Just because I don't have a gazillion posts on the forums here doesn't mean I haven't been playing for a while. I'm just more prudent about what I post about.
