Not sure if others experience this in other bots...
Now don't get me wrong I'm all for helping my teammates when I'm in my Haechi and I use my shield to help them out...however I can't even count how many times I have tried to retreat only to find a bot up my backside like a fecking 「fake pee place」. Time and time this happens and then I die. Of a friendly griffin jumps my injured Haechi into the open and I die.
Please don't get so close as I feel like a bloody magnet attracting my teammates.
Does anyone else feel like their own team sabotage the game not necessarily on purpose

It helps to be self-aware. That is just part of the game.

Yes, and this is an actual thing. There are Facebook groups that have started campaigns to intentionally sabotage anyone with the expensive equipment, whether they be blue or red.
Don't assume that all of them are being malicious, because some are being truly stupid. But some of them are probably doing it intentionally.

To be honest I don't think most are being deliberate...most simply say "ooooo dash bot, I'll stick by him"

Or they could be trolls, who purposely try to mess up their own blue team. It's like a new method of tanking. If a person leaves a game too soon, they run the risk of someone else taking their place, and they don't get the -22 points that they were hoping for. So, they'll troll their own team to help them lose.

I wish that other teammates were generally more aware. I try my best to get out of other bots way, but I can't tell you how many times I have got "boxed" in and blown to bits because I couldn't move (and I don't have any dash bots). Spider bots are the worst to get tangle up with.... I try to avoid them like the plague!

I agree. Some players are just very stupid. I had a guy in my team shooting me up the 「bum-bum」 with a Thunder. At first I thought he was expressing dislike at my Mech but it turned out he was targeting an enemy player 950m away.
I have people pushing up my 「bum-bum」 so I can't get back into cover .... this is when Im in Pattons and Griffins so its not all malicious anti-dash revolutionaries, lol.

And sometimes it is just a mistake... not a troll nor a noob.
If I am close by and behind you, then notice a Red off to the flank, and turn and start firing, I may have to back up while firing at them... If you are moving around while firing (as you should be) then it is absolutely possible that we could end up engaging in some platonic mech on mech contact. It happens.
All I can say is keep aware of more than just what is directly by you and in your line of sight; you should also constantly scan the battlefield and keep tabs of what's not only right beside you, but in your general vicinity. You can't avoid everything... but you can avoid a good bit of the bumbling bots.
Of course, you can't do jack about the ones that seek your shield out and block your path... but if you know that a blue is headed your way you can possibly re-position in such a way that doesn't allow a Blue to block your exit just by them getting a little peaceful ballistic cover.
If they are deliberately going after you like was stated above... note it and report it. I, personally, can't stand folks who do that crap. No matter the reason. They don't know if you won that bot, bought it with money that your great grandmother gave you that was strictly for something completely useless that you would never buy otherwise, money you worked 12 hours OT for 3 pay periods straight in order to afford it, if you are a whale that Pays 2 Win, or if you hacked and cheated. But, it is what it is and folks will think what they think and do what they do, regardless.
IMO, YMMV

Honestly, the ancile on a haechi is pretty wimpy. When I am in my ancilot I will try and shield my teammates when I can. In my haechi they are on their own and I duck for cover. That ancile disappears fast and they melt fast. Of course that doesn’t mean that the blues won’t try to jump under your cover. I am always somewhere between guilt and amusement when I dash away...

If there is someone near you automatically assume they'll be in your way. Situational awareness is critical. I think a large part of what makes adrian such a great player is that hey is able to process the whole map constantly. He knows what beacons are secure and which need to be defended. He knows which bots to engage and when and which to avoid. He knows where both blue and red are now and where they are going. War Robots is so much more than just attacking the closest red bot.

Haechis on my team are never as helpful as yours. They usually let me attract the enemies, ambush by dashing out and empty Orkans, and dash back to cover.

I too keep an eye on all beacons...what bots are heading where...how to position myself in cover of their long range whilst still helping...all the little areas where I can shoot but can't be hit.....still there is little you can do if you are clear and about to dash and your teammate drops from a ledge or jumps to your position.. Plus with the camera angles it is difficult. I have no doubt Adrian is a good player...i have seen many of his videos....but he doesn't show you the countless games where things go wrong...do you honestly think every game he plays is done with such precision? I consider myself a good player...been here for just over 6 months compared to years for others...have spent no more than about 250...getting gold and black market back when you could actually get good stuff and I'm already in master 2 with a 4 bot hanger and nothing above mk1 LVL 11. I'm constantly going up even though I'm always against higher LVL bots and weapons bit even I have bad days where things go wrong...no amount of situational awareness is going to help

You might also want to find a clan that uses a live communication app during gameplay. It's hard to sneak up on a pilot when his teammates are able to verbally warn then in real time that danger is coming.

Your not a very good player if your being snuck up on, on a regular basis. You need to discipline yourself to be aware of every reds position at all times. Once you can do that and it is possible noone will be catching u off guard on a daily basis guys will still sneak up on you once in awhile because they have been watching you for 45 seconds waiting until your being engaged to make their move, that's when every pilot is the most vulnerable.

Knock the rajin's spider legs all day long but the fujin is a different story ONCE you learn how to use it yourself and know what it's mobile capabilities are. At 44 kp/hr it is faster than you may realize. By completely avoiding all fujin you are missing out on protection by the strongest ancile in the game. Mk1 fujin ancile has 134k hp, the mk2 fujin ancile has 160,800hp. Maybe you didn't realize how strong it really was, idk, but you need to change your thinking towards the fujin and start learning how to play next to and with them without running into it causing you both to stall and become sitting ducks. You don't need to be inside the ancile to be protected by it practise playing behind the fujins using the 500m+ weapons, trust me together you can be hard to beat!

Worst is when I'm doing all the shooting at a bot. When the red health bar goes down to almost 1/4 left the guy behind me who’s been watching the whole time shoots him dead.

I think awareness is key. But also, bear in mind that the safest route is often through the kill corridor. Dashing to the left or right flank (from the front) of the bot shooting at you buys you a few extra moments as your opponent has to reacquire. Once you pass him, turn about 40 degrees to the opposite of the side you passed and take a vector to safety. You'll have to have this planned though, which is where awareness comes in.

I was with a couple clanmates and I dash out to fire and then tried to dash back and smacked right into a zeus fury who was trying to get into the open to fire which happened to be my clanmmate and I'm just like "Would you please move dear, those scourges hurt...". This happened today in Shenzhen. I was at the stair beacon, I think it's b. Just turned it and noticed 2 reds on radar, couldn't physically see them. I notice a shot from behind, a carnage coming up cool. I'm tucked in as tight as I could be ready too spring my trap and the moment I press my dash to go right and blast on fools, surprise I get a carnage hug. Which makes me limp out, instead of dash, then he cuts off my route back in.
I Do everything I can to get out of the way of a rushing rhino or anything faster than me. I will literally stop my progress to let you go by. It is called situational awareness. That one is faster than I am, I'll help him out. Just like if you have stronger weapons, start blasting. Oh you have ahpids I assume you'll shot that ancile so we will have a easier time dusting that lance. Don't wait until that haechi is in orkan range to fire your punisher at it.
I attempt to predict what move you need next and do as much as I can to facilitate it, short of being blown up. Even still of I'm Lowe on health ill step out there so the reds will drain their weapons.
Let's face it the more blues we can help stay alive the better chance we have at winning, right? At least I think that's the idea.
