Why so many dbags in this game? Either stealing beacons or refusing to to yield when walking by. So stupid.

Did you know all people in the beacon radius get the beacon...not just one person.

Now kill stealers are pricks, especially when you are on a kill task. You know the ones you get that red down to almost no health your weapons run out of ammo but you know you have him and some female dog fires a shot into him and kills him. Usually no skill treb users or snipers.

I've seen these "flatliner" opponent bots do some heavy damage before getting killed, so I personally do not mind it if I get him down to that 1% health left and someone else gets the kill. As long as he isn't able to dish out big damage before his bot gets wasted...why not...someone else can have him. Besides...rewards go based more on damage than kills anyways.

He's talking about event tasks. You need kills... Have to admit to being a guilty party to kill stealing with shocktrains.

If I see a teammate going one on one or one on two, I'm going to help. I'm not going for the credit, I'm going to help a teammate. I don't care who gets the kill.
It's different when it's a kill task. Even still, I don't intentionally steal a kill.

Nah he's prolly too slow to catch up to his teammate, therefore claiming that teammate "stole" his beacon.

Just go aggressive in your playstyle, you'll complete those kill tasks sooner than you think.

You know the ones you get that red down to almost no health your weapons run out of ammo but you know you have him and some female dog fires a shot into him and kills him. Usually no skill treb users or snipers. If you think Treb Snipers require no skill, you don’t know what your talking about. Same with people who say Hydra is a no skill weapon. With both Trebs and Hydras, there is an adjustment deficit that requires careful calculating to get at targets. You guys want to know an example of a weapon that requires far less skill than Trebs or Hydras, look no further than Orkans. Notice I didn’t say “no skill” because I won’t stoop so low as to insult any weapon, even well leveled Zenits and Noricums will wreck stuff if fired with skills, which, like the Treb and Hydra, require combat skill to hit well instead of hitting terrain. Orkans, Piñatas, Magnums, need I go on? They too require their own skills, but they are much easier to fire and get definite hits. Hydras are difficult to get a full salvo to hit. I think, people just like brawling a lot, and they also don’t like being hit by anything other than brawlers, that’s why you never hear these guys calling brawler weapons ‘no skill weapons’. I live for brawling, it’s the bessst, but I also enjoy the longer ranged weapons and they have their place. Another main reason ‘brawlers’ don’t like LR is that many who run them aren’t good, they miss the mark, select inappropriate targets, and ignore beacons. Nevertheless, I take devils advocate position when I see people refer to weapons as no skill, cuz it’s just sho sho shilly

They are kills stealers but they do not steal like that. Its the reds, that intentionally eject when they come down to 15%!And its on purpose, just to slow u down on your task.Well if u steal my kill because you are also on kill task,i am like,ok ok,u was faster this time, but if you eject, just to slow me down, then i 「fluffernutter」ing hate u,i wish u get cancer and die painfully!

I have to agree about the db comment. Just had a 'special person' walk into me and push me toward the enemy almost as if I was his personal shield. What was so (female hygiene product) about it was I was backing up whilst finishing a kill and was pushed past a wall. I died, he died, enemy got the beacon, they won.
For lack of a nail the kingdom fell.
A little respect goes a long way. I sometimes get the impression I am not on a team, rather a collection of lone wolves who think the other 'blue guys' are annoyingly in the way.
I also want to give applause to ogre for his accurate and succinct response to the 'LR no skill' point that was raised. Well said. It seems most players have five griffins loaded with orkans/ piñatas and rocket rocket rocket away. To each their own, but, if skill is mentioned, ahem, well, to each their own.

With my all light bot profile I am nothing but a dedicated beacon capper and kill finisher. That is exactly what the light bots are good for besides taking a bite out of any bot that gets within range. Snipers too have the role of kill finishers but also should be dedicated to weakening the enemy and switching targets often for just that purpose.
I also use my lights to harass the enemy into following me away from the fighting so that my teammates can hit them in the sides and rear or just so that the enemy isn't shooting at my teammates.
The only weapons that I have to be extra careful of are Orkans and Tarans and the occasional highly upgraded Tulumbas. Otherwise my little monsters can give a merry chase and many times even worry an enemy heavy bot to death as some pilots become fixated on trying to destroy me.
It really gets some players' goats that they are riding a big bot and some little pipsqueak dares to take them out and they spend the rest of the match hunting me down. The fun part comes when I have a decent team and I lead the p*ssed off around the map staying just on the edge of their range kicking and biting while my teammates eat them up.
If I find Ancile bots on my team I will follow under their umbrella and try to help them out as an extra set of weapons. Most Ancile bot pilots seem to understand I'm not actually there to steal their kills so much as to combine firepower. Some do get p*ssed that I end up getting the last shot though.
But most times I'm not actually looking to be the finisher. I usually forget what the tasks are anyways and concentrate on just hitting and running. But any bot that is weak and in range is definitely going to get hit.
So I'm definitely a 「cotton headed ninny muggins」. But at least I got big balls. ?

Well, now that the event is over we don't need to worry about these anymore. I'm glad there aren't any hydras, the amount of hydra fujins i've seen recently has got to be a record of some sort. At least 2 in each battle. Crazy

I got zapped so many times over the past couple of weeks, I had to change in to asbestos shorts so that my burns could heal. I think my [bum-bum] is still smoking.

Here's something that always gets me. The beacon ignoring 「fluffernutter」tard(BIF). Running my light bot profile on any map but let's use Dead City as an example. Match starts, I take off running to the left towards the bridge beacon. Get passed by a Rhino headed the same way or another faster light bot. Or I notice a bot climbing the roadway of the bridge. I turn away to head down the left-hand side towards the enemy side beacon. I get it and look at the beacon indicator. The damn bridge beacon is still unturned. 「whiskey tango foxtrot」 All too often I notice that people do not stop for a second to make sure the beacon turns so anymore I just keep running towards the beacons no matter what.

I'm always thankful when I get assistance from a team mate no matter the health of the red. Plus remember unless you are 'sparking" your team mates can't see what your health is.

Lol always someone will bite if you bait the hook properly. As long as a player knows what he's doing LR is fine.I love my Fury with Zues, what gets stuck in my craw is the idiot that stays in his Zenith Natty the whole match and is still looking for targets in the closing seconds of a TDM when he should have dropped in another bot to help secure avictory.I've meched out near the end of a match when we are down to the last blues so I stay to watch the outcome and there is Zenith Natasha walking in circles while our Ione fighter up front valiantly battles alone as time runsout. And Natty stands so proud at being the last blue with his 100k dmg.

Is the beacon blue? No. Fair game.
Is the red dead? No. Fair game.
Show me the rules that say otherwise, or prove that it's better for the team's ability to win to walk away from such things. If you can't do either of those give it a rest already.
