Yeah sure ancilot is powerful, but even a max ancile can't survive long enough to prevent all the lance's shields get splashed (most likely dead when against at least 2 decently leveled dbs) also dashes can get inside the bubble then fire. Not to mention other lance builds with ember or thunder. I'm quite frustrated the once strongest bot which I've spent 5000 gold on isn't even in my lineup anymore. Any comments?

Don't say that. I have two, and one isn't even leveled yet. I know Gary and Gala got nerfed, but I had hoped that Lance could hold out a little longer.

Not being able to see the post, all I can correct is the grammer.
Are orkans the reason lancelot fell from the top?

Ancilot always had an Achilles heel, it was just harder to find than most other bots. There's a spot low and to the left of the shield that can be gotten with plasma, and if anything with Orks can get inside the bubble, particularly a DB Griffin or Rhino, they could make short work of it. But the dash bots really destroyed the Ancilot's status of King of the maps. Three Orks don't even need to get inside the bubble to tear through it and shred it in one salvo. But I still find it pretty formidable if I can keep it just under 350 m from those Korean pains in the backside. In fact I've decided that, in the continuing absence of any dash in my hangar, my taran Ancilot is the first one I'm taking to 12/12. That's probably another month out that everything else sits right where it is, but I think it's a worthwhile gamble.

Ancile taran Lance is still a chore to kill with haechi. Which makes lance very relevant. It's a great tank to take center with or get across open fields with snipers.

Tarancilot is still a solid bot. Just don't expect to go "Leroy Jenkins!!" in it and you'll be fine.

I have a haechi and I do agree with that if there's not a thunder dude that cripples the ancile beside. When I use tarancilot there's always 2-3 dbs waiting for me so I gave up sometimes I do leeroy jenkins if the ancilot is alone and I lose half health and kill him if successfully executed.

don't blame anything on Orkans. Orkans are not the problem, it's the people using them,

The Taran Ancile Lancelot is still very, very good. You just need to use it wisely and not like it was invicible. Always stay near covers and use the Rush ability to escape rockets: the Ancile gives you enough time (1 or 2 seconds) to activate Rush and go behind cover without taking too much damage. If you are facing an energy build (Tarans or Magnums), don't let your enemies come too near or they will shoot at your legs and bypass the shield. Most people don't know this trick, but good players do and they will use it. The great advantage of this build is that it can go across large maps relatively unpunished, due to the great protection offered against RDBs and snipers.

I can take an ancilot down with a full salvo of mk2 maxed orkans on haechi, including the ancile. But if there is more than one, I am toast.

Orkans isnât op..haeichi can equip 3 x 「dookie」 trains And they are far more powerful them orkans at mk2 max lvl and donât require any skills which ork might as they are one hit kill but if you canât kill somehow and canât hide you might lose your bot then

A friend of mine took out two full-life Orkan Haechis on moon with his Tarancilot. What is the lesson in that example I wonder?

Lance is a beast. It is going to get even stronger with the heavy weapons buffs.

Lance is a beast. It is going to get even stronger with the heavy weapons buffs. Not really, part of the reason the Lancelot is such a beast is because of the ancile. Take away the ancile and the Lancelot drops by an Orkan Haechi easily
