I'm currently bogged down in Gold 1 and my hangar is:
lvl 9 Gareth - 8 Orkan/7 pinata
lvl 6 Griffin - RDB all 7s
lvl 7 Leo - 7 pinatas/5 thunder
lvl 8 Carnage (currently upgrading to 9) - 8/7 Thunders
lvl 8 Rog - 8/7 Tarans
I obviously need to keep upgrading things, but I'm wondering where my goals in terms of load outs and bots should be. I have 1918 Gold and 7700 WSP.
I was thinking about saving my gold and WSP for a Rhino and two more Orkans for it, but maybe I should start using WSP to try and get a Dash bot through the deals. Anybody know how much WSP it actually takes to get one? I have less than 200 components for each one from chests and "rewards games" (which if nobody else noticed are not random at all and have a specific order items are given out per amount of gold being spent).
Now for info on my play style. You can see from my hangar that I hate slow ambling bots that take forever to get from point A to point B. My favorite bot by far has been my Gary, I love running around, using the shield to soak up the prolific zeuses and trebs while I cap a couple beacons and take out the other teams light and medium bots or help my teammates by flanking a lancelot or rhino. The Rog is really coming into its own as I continue to upgrade the Tarans for high sustained damage, often just out of reach of all the Orkans constantly around.
So if you were me, and had my hangar, what would you suggest to tweak it and how would you spend/save your gold and WSP? Should I save wsp for two more Tarans and gold for a Lancelot to replace the Leo even though it's also slow? Should I save for a Rhino and two Orkans? Or should I start using WSP and Gold for Dash components and then save up for Orkans and Tarans once I snag one? Or should I stick with the bots I have now/silver only bots and use the gold/WSP for weapon components like Shocktrain or Ember?
One last question: I have 2 lvl 5 magnums from a PDB Griffin that the Rog replaced. Should I use some WSP to buy a third and put them all on my Leo to get more sustained DPS until I inevitably replace it with something stronger or faster?

P.S. My goal is not necessarily to rise up in leagues, I just want to be able to win more battles and have fun while doing it.
