How do you get good aim when fighting at near pointblank range? Irritates me so much when I'm using my Carnage Thunders and sometimes when it happens, Punisher Griffin, under 20m and missing my shots while circlestrafing to dodge.

Aim "past" the target you're circling. As in, don't just rotate enough to put the crosshairs in the box, rotate a tiny bit past it to compensate for your lateral motion. You'll hit a lot more.

Better necro than new thread.
I find my problem to be either overturning the bot or underturning the bot, causing the crosshairs to get outside the bot. When I try to get the crosshairs inside the box, I tend to overshoot and go outside again. I even miss in midrangers sometimes.
I tried lowering my sensitivity, but it causes the bot not to move at times. I don't wanna be a sitting duck aiming, too.

Focus on the target and bring the cross hairs to him, dont look at the crosshairs and bring the target to them.

I find my tablet goes into 2fps mode when up close and I generally can't hit anything ... that's why I like weapons with a bit of targeting built in

I always constantly move while turning to aim. It's hard to explain but I'm talking about what you focus on when aiming, not talking about moving around. The best thing to do is turn your crosshairs off, but you can't in this game. Most gamers focus on their crosshairs not the target. Good gamers are always focused on their target, REALLY good gamers are always focused on one small part of their target.

You have to get a feel for where your shots will land, and where your enemy will be. Merging those two things together is what FlashAhAhh is referring to.

I always use target lock.
Doesn't using Tarans not require leading? I do lead whenever possible with splash.
