Hmmm... I object! IMO... Just 2 Molots barely does a whole lot... even to Carny shields. Even 2x Noris do better than Molots at their current state since so many hit at once, vs the long Molot cycle time. Personally, I echo my previous suggestion... Puns ftw! That's true. I forgot the actual amount of damage Molots do. Only 85,400 together and by the end of the clip the Ancile shield would've regenerated by 30% Noris ftw!

They can help you take down Ancile shields before firing into them. Hmmm... I object! IMO... Just 2 Molots barely does a whole lot... even to Carny shields. Even 2x Noris do better than Molots at their current state since so many hit at once, vs the long Molot cycle time. Personally, I echo my previous suggestion... Puns ftw! I have been trying to teach myself sniping. In G2 with a 6/6 hangar. I don't have resources for trebs, gekkos, carnages etc. on that account. I have loaded up two nashorns on a natasha. as secondary weapons I've put molots as at least they have decent range. They can not do anything much to anciles. Which are mostly level 8 give or take in G2. However, they do do significant damage to unshielded targets in addition to what the nashorns do. I have to keep telling myself to stay out of reach of the reds and just concentrate on the nashorns - but they seem actually worthwhile. Of course, nothing compared to a proper midrange build like tridents.

It's situational. I was in PP today at the beach beacon in my Bulg. I'd just finished toasting a bot and recaptured a beacon. The guy I toasted came back in a bot with tridents. I think it was a Fury. I could do absolutely nothing against him. I had nowhere to run that he couldn't catch up to me and bring me back into 600m range. With splash, it's more like 620m.
