Well, I started playing in the middle of last event, so only a few months. But as someone who spends gold on upgrades I knew I'd never save for that fifth slot.
So, after a month and a half (pre 3.2) I dropped $50 to get my fifth slot, an Orkan, and 10 days premium. (Amazon has better discounts than Android/iOS, so yes, $50 got me all that) I considered it completely worth it since that's about the price of a new console game and I spend lots of time playing War Robots.
Fast forward to 3.2, I spent another $50 because I was given a Amazon gift card for my birthday. Probably wouldn't have spent non gift card money but happy birthday to me so I did it. Snagged me a Lancelot and my second Zues.
Recap: $100 from a new player, none of it in BM. Highly doubt I'll spend more on anything except premium

$20 for me ? and don't think I will spend any more on this P2W game. Good thing I waited a bit longer before spending more or it would have been a waste of money.
PS: By the way who we voted for the first option ?

With the component offers lately, I have been scooping up the $2 gold offers that pop up here and there, and using some gold to get extra daily wsp's. That keeps wsp's cheap while enabling more component purchases, and some other component purchases via discounted gold. Projected cost of my haechi that way should end up around $30, which I consider acceptable.
This is my general spending pattern, but it does add up. Probably in the mid range of the 100-500 selection I voted above.

My fault for setting it wrong, but it's my first poll, I think, and I am afraid if I correct it by erasing it, the votes will be erased too.

I just found it funny that someone actually voted for it lol

I'll bite. Not quite $550.00 in 15 months. Maintain premium and spent some on gold for paintjobs recently. Spent during events in the past, but this new black market thing reeks of rip-off. Haven't bothered with it. Or gettin the latest an greatest new mechs and guns. Edit: C'mon folks, dont be shy. Sharing is caring, after all. Pretty much in the same boat, 'cept 8 months in my case. Only gonna spend RM on Premium VIP from now on. 10 non-fart bux per month is a smokin' deal for piling up silver.

I bought the 2,500 Au for $19.98 (for my son's account to help him get started) I bought the Gold Miner Drone for $4.99 (for the FB account - I'm disappointed with this one as the daily dole-out is designed to short you on the deal unless you're militant on logging in) I bought another $20 worth of tokens for a prior holiday event (I wanted to see what the big chest rewarded, a second Galahad FWIW).
I'm not against buying content in principle, but there's got to be some value at the other end. I don't see the point in buying wins and gambling is not a form of entertainment I enjoy. As long as P2W and Pay-to-Gamble are Pixonic's business model, I'm not buying.

The player who spent $50-$500 was, and is the target customer for game content. The Free2whine players hate this, but no one really cares because there will never be a sale from this contingent...You have taken a blood oath to complain that others have 「dookie」 you don't cause they paid for it. The premium content is designed for the paying customer, not people who are professional cheapskates.
I payed my dues and grinded, as have others to have better equipment. F2p have not...
Hissy fits, name calling and snowflake rebellions not withstanding.

Hissy fits, name calling and snowflake rebellions not withstanding. I have spent less than $50 here. But I have played another game in the past where I have spent $600+ on the game and at the end I had to quit because the situation went too bad that if you want to stay competitive you have to spend $100 every weak. This was/is a good game and I/we don't want to be this game as those greedy once. That's why we complain. If you have piles and piles of cash than this won't affect you but for a medium earner losing a big investment means something.

I'd probably be in the $200 ballpark if they had released reasonable Dashes for reasonable price in July. Now I am, and will remain for foreseeable future, in the under $50 bracket.

I haven't spent a cent. ... I've been playing for well over a year, and feeling guilty about not supporting the game, I'm thinking maybe i should spend a bit to show my appreciation???. Then. ... after the matchmaker changed, and the dash bots dropped (for HUNDREDS!!! of dollars!) I haven't played in weeks. I feel no need to support the new system, that doesn't sanction, and even encourages tanking. I have no problem getting beaten by better tactics with equal equipment, but the current match maker is ridiculous. I'll check back after the next update. ...

Zero.
Since I'm an active player about 600 ~ 800 cups weekly, Ag and Au is not a problem for me. So I won't pay for premium. I nearly spend some RM during BM introduction.. but I manage to hold the temptation.

Black market before Dash bot divided into pieces of components. Well.. I do have family with one kid. Usually I play during midnight when others fell asleep, when wake up from sleep, when poo-poo time, during break time, or when I have slightly free time.

Nothing, but not by choice because in my country, in-game payment is not supported. If I could spend money in this Game, I would buy the Premium.

I’ve spent 30$ on war robots. 20$ during the event a while back (I won a doc) and 10$ just because. I don’t regret spending, because i won a doc!

Honestly, around $3000-4000. Bur I'm unemployed so I sit at home playing War Robots a lot. Bitcoin early adopter status ftw.

Hissy fits, name calling and snowflake rebellions not withstanding. But isn't this part of the complaint? If you spend $50-$500, let's just say it's $250, you don't get very far in a game that introduces new bots at $225 and $300. I mean, it's not like a single Dash bot at level 1 will get you anywhere quickly, right? And also, there's really no reason to be arrogant at players that can't afford to spend this kind of money. Sure, if you live in the US or another "rich" country and you can't afford to spend $10 or $20 a month then chances are you should rather spend you're time finishing school or get your life in order otherwise instead of shooting at virtual heaps of metal. But in other parts of the world, $50 may be just as astronomical as $500.
